Our stay here was satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast every morning was great, but could have more a variety of options. The rooftop pool was pretty nice. The part of the stay that was not pleasant was the loud noisy birds that were constantly chirping day and night!

This property is in the most convenient location. What ever you need is within walking distance. It can be noisy at night depending on which side you’re facing but I had no problem with the noise. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 😊

We had a great time at Sayulinda! The hotel is very well situated, beach is 5 minutes away and there’s restaurants everywhere. The rooms are decorated simply but you have all you need. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Giselle at the reception was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend spending some days at Sayulinda. The pool on the rooftop is simply amazing and the bartenders make great cocktails!! Finally the breakfast offer is delicious and the service was A+!!! We will definitely come back! :)

The lobby is beautiful, location can’t be beat, security is top notch, the building is entirely locked down at night with a security guard in the lobby. The rooms were adorable, free morning breakfast was delicious (don’t forget to tip your server even though breakfast is included!). The rooftop pool is dynamite. Beautiful views straight out to the ocean, nice lounge beds and a full bar next to the pool with drinks and food. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Sayulita.

Loved our stay. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, from the front desk staff to the rooftop bartenders, the breakfast staff and housekeeping staff. Great central location a very short block or two from the beach. Rooms aren't large but they are super clean. A trade-off I will take. Beautiful rooftop pool. Can see how it could be noisy in the busy season, but earplugs are provided and I personally wouldn't want to travel in the super busy season anyway. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooftop pool make this property special. Get there early to get one of the palapas. You are in the middle of town so expect a lot of noise. All day and all night. If noise is a concern - don’t stay here. Otherwise, enjoy!

Sayulinda staff friendly & knowledgeable about the city of Sayulita. Fabi is an amazing, kind, happy spirit front desk employee. Fabi knows her job & super helpful Thank you Fab & all staff!! You are all amazing. The hotel is upper scale & in downtown. Everything is easy to walk to. The drawback is the cafeteria. The hours are short and limited food options. The pool need some upkeep. Overall, great hotel. Gracias Hotel Sayulinda!!

I don’t recommend this property for so many reasons. Most importantly, you can’t sleep since the area around has loud music from open air bars till 4am. You feel like you’re lying on a bed in the middle of a dance floor. Pros - the pool is great. Cons- everything else. Take my suggestion. Find another place to stay.

Where do I start? One word - ripoff - sums it up. This hotel was unbearable. There is thumping noise from the bar until well past 3 am and construction noise starting at 8 am so good luck getting sleep. The breakfast is horrible, salty and the server is really stingy with the coffee and cream. I’ve decided that anything under $500/ night in Mexico sets you up for this. Oh the ultimate - the night staff arranged an airport transfer for $600 pesos. When the driver arrived the rate was $1000 and the day staff pretended not to know anything about it. The rooms were basic, this is definitely not a four star resort. I hope my review helps, I don’t know how there are so many good ones.

The Bomb

Amazing place!! We stayed in the Suite de Patron and it was one of the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great, everything was so clean. Our only warning complaint was it was so so loud. It was in the middle of at least 3 live music venues so imagine Karaoke in one ear and classic rock in another, and traditional Mexican music in another.. I could’ve sleep through all of that though. However Dec 1st-12th there is a feast for the lady of guadalupe and the town parties which is amazing, but at 5:30-6 am they set off the loudest bomb like fireworks for 15min at the cathedral nearby, as a wake up call for the town and since we had a straw roof the first night my ex soldier boyfriend was sure that the streets were actually being bombed, earplugs helped with the party music but did nothing for the firework bombs that shook you from your sleep. So All and all beautiful pool, amazing room, but sleep was hard to get..
