There was a water leak by the door to my room. I sopped up the water the first night and let the front desk know. They did nothing. The morning of day 2, I let the front desk know about the leak again and that I needed new towels because I had used them all to clean up the floor. 10 hours later, still no new towels. Took the wet towels to front desk to get new towels myself. They still did not come look at the leak... floor still wet. On day 3, they finally had someone look at the leak. He said he would have to open the wall and would have to wait until after I checked out to fix it. Didn't offer a different room or any other compensation. Just let me live with wet carpet for 5 days. Very disappointed. Worst hotel experience ever.

Friendly people at the desk sometimes. There was no drink vending machines, the workout space was closed, I was told the pool was heated but it was not. The washer & dryer weren’t usable. Instructions didn’t line up with the machines. Ice machine only on the first floor.

This place was pretty gross. Not cleaned and filthy carpets bath tub was old and run down and chips in toilet seat. Only reason I stayed there was because of airline delay plane diversion to Tulsa. It definitely wasn’t a 3.2 as ratings indicated. Then two days after my stay a $4 charge appeared in my Amex statement when I called they said it was for a cleaning fee! I would have paid that upon arrival for a clean room! Avoid this area at all costs. No grocery store or restaurant walking distance except for Captain D seafood.

They take $50 deposits and $4 dollars for cleaning I don’t know why I have to pay cleaning I am gonna report that to BBB I am already paying the price for staying over that cleaning I never heard that

The staff was friendly. The room was clean . I do have to say someone needs to take a magic eraser to the tub bottom. It will get that grime out, just a little tip 😉 Breakfast was decent. All in all it was a good stay.

We had cold showers in the morning and the commode would not flush until I hooked the chain back up in the tank. While heating breakfast up in the microwave (biscuit and sausage) it started sparking inside and had to be turned off. No desk service.
