This place is disgusting. I don't know how it has so many good reviews. There was dirt and grime everywhere, dead bugs in my bed and all sorts of issues. Absolutely disgusting.

I didn’t like the pool. The water was slimy. They really need the health department looking into the swimming pool.In addition to that, room service was not good. I had to constantly ask for clean towels because room service was terrible.

For the most part, everything went well. Our only area of disappointment was that the pool was not open. We specifically picked a place with a pool on our journey home so the kids could play in the morning before being stuck in the car. I wish we would have known so we could have picked a different place to stay.

I needed help finding the hotel. So, i called the front desk. The gentleman was helpful, VERY patient, and stayed on the phone with me til i pulled up to the front door (i didnt ask him to lol). Our room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Its been a little more than a week since i stayed there and this is what i recall of their breakfast...The breakfast was very good and consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, fruits, muffins, orange and apple juices, coffee. There are also many restaurants nearby. I was extremely happy with my stay. Special note..the driveway to this hotel is shared with a shopping center called Bradley Square. So, look for that sign too.

Pictures are deceiving

HORRIBLE hotel. The pictures do not do justice to how bad it actually is. We opened the mini fridge door and the door fell off and hit the floor and my foot. My sister sat on the edge of her bed and the whole bed flipped up. There were weird looking food stains on the comforter. Hairs in the bedsheets like they didn’t get washed. Lots of mold in the bathroom. We had to go ask if the pool was safe to swim in because of how dirty it looked. There were dead bugs like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, trash all over the ground, and the gate did not lock. We would NEVER recommend!!!

In the past, we had hit or miss stays at the Baymont. This time was not very good at all. One bed was literally broken. There was always water leaking on the floor in the dining area. For two of our three days, there was not enough food for breakfast. The waffle batter was as runny as water. The carpets were extremely filthy this time. The air conditioning did work this time; it did not work last time we were there. It did appear that they were refurbishing some of the rooms in the back building, but they had not made it to the front building where we stayed this time. For the past few years there have been a couple very nice ladies working the front desk who remembered us from previous stays. They were no longer there. The TV and TV remote worked well and the shower had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. It is in a very convenient location and the price was cheap, but we will be looking somewhere else next time we are in town.

Baymont Cleveland Tennessee

This place had cockroaches all around the place and there were sewers gnats flying around the room as well as other bugs I’ve never seen. Spring tails I believe. It was so gross I left after 2 nights and paid for a best western. Avoid this location it needs to be closed. There also is a family that lived there who were also the cleaners and my room was entered while I was at work even with a do not disturb sign posted. To make it weirder there was a guy who I’m guessing was staying long term on the upstairs floor that would frequently be outside on the phone in nothing but his underwear. The owner of this place does not have much care either and it’s basically him running the entire place. Time for a close. I reported this place to the local health inspector as well. Please avoid this place.

There were no clean rooms available at check in and we were told there was no one available to clean a room for us, but they still refused a refund when asked. When I went through Expedia for help, the property tried to lie to Expedia and say we never even showed up (thankfully we had photo and video evidence along with dash cam records for proof). Definitely do NOT book here.

The sink dripped constantly. Carpet very dirty and ripped at the bathroom entrance. Bathroom floors very dirty. All fixtures were dusty and need cleaned. All surfaces (side tables, desk, etc) looked as it hadn’t been wiped down in some time.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The room turned me away from this hotel. I developed a headache from allergies triggered by the strong cleaning solution's fumes and cigarette smoke, making me feel unwell as soon as I entered the room. While the room had been cleaned, the furniture, particularly the chair and carpet, was noticeably dirty with numerous stains. the cleanliness of the bed was questionable as the sheet lifted when my husband sat down, revealing what seemed to be old bug stains on the mattress cover that hadn't been cleaned in a while. I ended my stay early my allergies couldn’t handle to smell.

Ok stay - needs some upgrades

Overall my stay was comfortable, but the motel needs improvements or upgrades. I have stayed in this motel multiple times over the years. It has always been clean, comfortable, and with a great breakfast area. This particular stay, I could tell it was under different management or something else had changed. It was just different. The room itself was OK. The outside door seal needs to be repaired in the room where I stayed. You could see through the seal around that door to the outside. This gave it a You could see through the seal around that door to the outside, which gave the room an unsafe feeling.Otherwise the carpet felt clean, the bedding was comfortable, bathroom and accessories were just fine. The breakfast area had really gone down. There was no one assigned to maintain the breakfast area and it got quite messy. They would run out of items that did not get replaced, the countertops would get messy. I believe the best approach would be to either assign someone to that area or not have the breakfast at all. I may or may not use this motel my next trip. In the past, there was never any question about using this motel. I always booked it if I were staying in that area. I really hope it improves.

A functional hotel. Clean rooms, good shower, and comfortable bed. Some rooms have been recently renovated. A good option for those who want practicality and speed. I would also like to thank Ravi, who was very kind in welcoming my travel group.
