It’s a work in progress
The hotel is under renovations & our room was half renovated. Multiple problems included: a broken refrigerator, broken window blind with no curtains, hot/cold is reversed in the shower, shower faucet hardware comes away from the wall, no threshold under door, no working remote for the television (5 remotes later it worked), no phone in the room, no working ice machine in hotel, a bug roach in the hallway. The positive was the AC worked, there was hot water & the bed was ok.

Pay more to stay elsewhere
I stayed here for a huge event in town. It was one of the last hotels available. I paid over $200 a night for the room and it was the quality of a $50 a night room. The lobby and hallway had obviously been previously flooded with a foul odor and missing and cracked floor tiles, the countertop in the room was dirty and I had to clean it myself. There were only 2 large towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth available (for 3 people). When I asked for more towels, they only had pool towels to offer. There was a live roach underneath the TV that I touched when trying to figure out how to turn the TV on without a remote (because the room didn't have a remote). I didn't find any bed bugs though, so that's a positive! The door wasn't very secure. No curtains on the window so the lights outside kept the room lit up all night. The breakfast select was extremely limited. There was cereal, but barely a cup of milk left for the cereal, no water to drink, stale bread for toast, and 3 muffins available for the entire hotel. Such a bad experience! I almost walked out but didn't want to waste my $400 and then have to go spend $800 somewhere else!

My ac went out in the middle of the night. I could not get anyone to answer the phone. Then that morning I had no hot water for the shower. Again no answer and I had no time left so I had to go.

Terrible!!
Terrible ….it was under renovation and of course was not notified of that before ….no curtain over the blinds ,it had a bad smell and the bed was hard as a rock. The refrigerator was gross and had a half empty bottle of orange soda in it and our socks were black after walking around from the floors. I can’t believe wyndam would associate their name to this place, never been disappointed in wyndam until now.

The tv didn’t work as in it would come on just never could watch what was on all it was doing was buffering. The window could use curtains to block out the outside light. We had to put a blanket up over the window.

Stay at baymont inn
I see they are remodeling but I was very upset of the condition my room was in. Handle on hot water was broken off. The door did not seal & it moved all night long back & forth. I had to put something by it to Keep it from moving. Light came through all around the whole door. The counter top looked like wax gad been poured over it. There was no chair in room. A table but nothing else to sit on. There was no ice on site at all. I had to go buy a bag of ice to keep what food I brought with chilled & so I would have ice for my Pepsi & water as there was no way to keep it cold. No refrigerator or anything. Not an ice bucket & not even a cup to use when brushing teeth. It was in very poor shape. & on Saturday the tike on main floor was cleaned & it looked like a pipe had burst there was so much water in puddles all over. This was also very dangerous.

When me and my husband entered the room it had a unpleasant scent we try using my husband perfume to get rid of the smell but it still linger we tried pulling the vent out to spray it. The vent was matted with dirt god knows how long that haven't been cleaned. Not only my room but our friends room as well. We went to have dinner when we got back, tried to watch tv the remote only turn the tv on nothing else. There is no phone in the room to call front desk so i reply to they're welcome text to let them know my remote wasnt working no one reply back. I tried calling the number that send the welcome text no one answered tried calling the number they have on hotel.com still no answer and i didn't called once i called multiple times. Breakfast was horrible they basically dont have anything just waffles. The day that we checked out a cockroach ran over my husband foot and im not talking about a small one im talking about a big adult size one.

Don’t stay here
Hotel under repairs. If I knew that I would up of have never made the reservation. Sink was painted and paint chipped off the sink. First room was so bad asked for a different room. 2nd room not much better. Won’t be staying there again. There was breakfast but very little food out.

Very dissatisfied
We were delighted when we arrived. The outside of the building was beautiful and very inviting. It ended at the door. The inside looks like it’s under construction with an enormous amount stil to be completed. The refrigerator didn’t work in the first room we were assigned. The second had tiles coming off the floor, a toilet that rocked when you sat down, a sink area that had peeling paint, plus an abundance of sugar ants. The lighted mirror didn’t light, there were no tissues in the room or napkins in the breakfast area. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. We would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. It shouldn’t be open to the public until all the construction is complete.
