Wonderful place to stay! Would definitely go back. Beach was full of seaweed (that they worked on cleaning up daily) but still have 2 nice size pools with lots of activities for adults and kids thru out the day. The staff was AMAZING and friendly. Lots of options for food

Quiet at night, plenty of options at day, good food options. Common areas maintenance is great. Rooms need more attention but the staff was great at solving any issue (in my case the AC flooded at 7PM and maintenance personnel was able to solve it quickly)

It was a beautiful beautiful resort!! For the most part food was great, the only thing that was annoying was getting reservations at the restaurants. The resort itself is very clean, the only instance we had issues with that is when they came to clean our rooms and we told them to come back in 10minutes and it took about an 1 hour. All and all I would recommend this place to anyone it was a great time!

Astonishing views, nice park like ground, very friendly employees, great and very clean housekeeping. Cons: only one thing, food was sometimes a little cold at the buffet, but the specialty restaurants were absolutely great. Ones in a while you saw a fly, but for the circumstances that the buffet area is not enclosed you can't be disappointed. Overall this property is at least 4.8 out of 5. Thank you to the staff

Everything was clean and well maintained. Only issue would be their app and restaurant reservations. All restaurants are consistently 3/4 empty but you still can’t make reservations yourself. Only the concierge seem to be able to make reservations.

Overall Okay - Excellent Staff

Overall a nice trip. Excellent except for the concierge who’s clearly pushing to make a commission on the Vacation Club and restaurant recommendations. Food was very disappointing and drinks were watered down. Fortunately the staff and the exceptional entertainment staff led my a “Mr. Mike Tyson” - ha, helped my mothers 90th Birthday celebration special.

The resort was lovely and beautiful! The food is Great (I only ate at the buffet). Beach was great. You have to get out there 8am to get a good sit, by 10am they are mostly all taken. There was seaweed on the beach and in the ocean, but it was not bad. It was just that time of year. Ones that work at the resort are friendly. After you get past the front registration lobby area, 85-90 percent of the staff speak 5-10 percent English. Just know the basics bc you are visiting a Spanish-speaking country. Don’t assume that people/everyone speak English. Learn the language, just the basics or use your translation app. I even thought about coming back but after water seeping through the walls in my room, near the bathroom. I asked the front desk woman that wore glasses (she was very nonchalant/noncompliant) for help with this issue. I reported it the following day (after I asked for help one time) and I wasn’t even offered another room, even though I didn’t ask (bc I thought someone was coming to fix it) ,I should have been offered another room and I had to spend the rest of my vacation with the walls leaking and the water on the floor. She assume the water was coming from my shower and it was not. I took pictures bc I slipped and almost fell. I hope they will listen to the next guest bc someone can/will hurt themselves.

Very confusing on the property lay out. The app often doesn't load and the layout maps do not work. Food is amazing if you love buffets and the sit down service is hard to get reservations for. The language barrier is of course expected however those in guest services and front deak operations should be better prepared to be bi lingual. The check in process was 45 mins once arriving at the counter. Our room was not available and we were offered a different option. The air-conditioning did not work from the first day and initially complaining i was told the whole building was out. Multiple trips to request service went unanswered. The day before leaving the front desk person said the answer i was givin was not correct and he would send someone. Needless to say that didnt happen and it remained broken and we had to leave the door open and the patio door open to get any cooling from the breeze. The entertainment was sub par and the only thing that made it entertaining was the included liquor. Spring breakers obviously just 18 and there drinking, pool volleyball was better entertainment. The weather was amazing and it made thr trip worth it over all. I was attempting for days before leaving to get details on thr resort for activities, menus, layout and found very little except the web sites trying to book you for a stay. Just expected more
