I love staying at Home2 because their suites fit our family, there's plenty of space, and the properties are generally well-maintained. This location was no different. My only real complaint about the property is that there isn't enough parking around the hotel, and if you return late after visiting Disney, you will generally have to park in the parking garage, which is farther away.
On the other hand, the hotel staff leaves much to be desired. Twice we got an employee at the front desk who couldn't speak English. Once my wife got an employee who was stoned out of his mind and absolutely unhelpful when she was trying to do laundry. On top of that, we didn't get any housekeeping service for the entirety of our 5-day stay. I have stayed in many Home2 locations, and by far the staff here has been the worst.
