This was a decent budget hotel. The staff was very friendly, and rooms were clean, considering the building was a bit older. The parking lot was a little hard to find, as the entrance is around the back from the next block over, but once pointed out by the staff there was plenty of room. It was a good stay overall.

Everything as expected and was perfect for what we needed. Food was excellent value for money, only issue was a staffing problem which meant no dinners on the final night. Really good to let us bring in fish and chips and enjoy a Pint.

Pros - good shower and heating. Cons - Electricity (main light) in the room seemed faulty and the TV didn’t work, as there is rarely anyone available in reception, I didn’t bother trying to get it fixed. The hotel is in need of renovation, very noisy and dated, bar staff not attentive, food overcooked/burnt in places. Prices vary massively from the same room, so ok if you can grab a bargain would be very disappointing if you paid double.

Everything was good. Nothing was spectacular. It was a clean, pleasant hotel with a decent bar that had good food. I would stay there again. I did use my own bedding because the laundry detergent is quite fragranced. It would be nice if they would use unscented detergent.
