We were greeted by genuinely nice hosts but every building we were in it seemed like the AC’s were not working or on very low. I understand we were there in peak of summer, but every building lobby, restaurants/buffet were just as hot if not more than outside. Our rooms were not serviced (except for the beds being made). We were there 4 days/3nights. Only one day out of 4 we got clean towels. We had to ask for toilet paper hand soap and body wash. (That’s when the brought the clean towels). There were 4 drinks in the fridge when we were told there would be 10 daily (due to the package we paid for). I don’t think I should have to be asking for them, they know how to service each room and if they don’t they should. We ended up getting our own bottles of water and putting them in our fridge. Our coffee was never replenished, our cups were never picked up and new ones brought in. After paying for an exclusive package I felt we received the bare minimum. Would I stay at this hotel again, most likely not. I’ve stayed at La Estancia and never had an issue there. We decided to give this place a try, sorry, but for the same amount of money or just a little more I rather go somewhere else. This place is really not worth it. Most of the pool and some restaurant staff were genuinely very kind and helpful that was the best part of our stay.

Kids area pool should be open for more than 1 hr. Kids under 4 should be permitted with adult supervision Buffett needed a little more TLC and employee supervision. Many children were touching food products multiple times unsupervised by parents. Smiles and friendliness would go along way with employees. pésimo servicio en todo un hotel de muy caja calidad te lo venden como todo incluido y los vinos de súper baja calidad aún así te decían que se había terminado cuando apenas llevabas un trago y ya.no había más las toallas de lo más viejas y feas en pésimo estado muy poca variedad de restaurantes el colmo fue que ni para poner un chile seco tuvieron recipiente ya es el colmo en el único restauran bufete ponían lo mismos platillos no tiene nada de diversión en verdad dejó mucho falta de todo no lo recomiendo

Updated location. Great place. Near the exit to the supermarkets in bucerias. The place itself is so relaxing. There were families, but they were great about having the families in their designated pool. The views were amazing and the service great. Quick check in and the room was wow. The view from the room, you could see the whole building plus the ocean. Only stayed here for one night. The grill restaurant staff was amazing, they accommodated us and the food there was exceptional. The buffet food was ok, lots of options for everyone so that’s a plus. They always had lots of veggies and fruit out to suit everyone’s needs.

Misleading information. They shut down 3 of the 5 restaurants with no prior notice. They ad and sell you amenities that are not being offered. Check out is at 12pm and my flight did not leave until 9pm. The expected me to pay for late check out just to be able to stick around the pool area and beach area until it had to leave for the airport.

Travelled with my husband and 9 year old son. Property is good for kids as it has 2 big pools and nice adults only pool which we unfortunately (but understandably)could not use. The buffet was good with lots of options for kids . We actually preferred the options at the buffet and therefore only tried 2 of the other restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, always felt safe. The rooms were a bit dated but fine for the amount of time spent in there . Not much for shows in the evening, some DJ music and name the tune . Overall I would say it’s 8/10 and would come back although so many other resorts that I would like to try! Thanks Krystal Grant for a chill week with LOTS of sun !!
