Clean, exactly what I expected.
Hotel was what you could expect ay the rate we paid. The tv didn't work in the first room, and they moved us immediately. 2nd room had an odd smell, but wasn't overwhelming. Everything worked fine in the 2nd room. But know its bare essentials. We had 4 people, and 2 beds. There was 4 pillows total, luckily we brought extras. Again, was exactly what you could expect for what we paid, but probably won't stay again. I would rather pay the extra $30 - $40 for some more ammentities... and some extra pillows.

Good location, easy to get to. Staff was 5/5 friendly with me. Overall cleanliness of the building is 3.5. There's some carpet stains that I couldn't unsee that could be cleaned. 5/5 room cleanliness. No trash or dust in the room. The design of the room is half old and half modern. Good TV channels. Price was very fair. Bed was cozy. Not firm, but not soft. In between.

Incidental fee not refunded
I stayed at this motel for just one night before catching a flight to Miami. Even though I had already paid for the reservation through the "Hotels.com" app, I was charged a fee for possible incidents. When I checked into the room, there was damage to the bathroom door and I immediately took photos and showed them to the front desk. I was informed that I would not be charged for the damage that already existed. But to date, the US$100.00 has not been refunded to my account.
