I like the location personel attention and the hotel building Didnt like a lot of mosquitoes in room the distance to park your car (about 3 or 4 blocks from hotel) and the noise at night of a patio fountain i have in my room

Old World Charm

Beautiful old building, old world style, huge bedroom and a piano player serenading us at breakfast made it all stand out.

The property was perfectly situated in the city center near parks and services. The hotel is great and the service was outstanding.

Great historic building, it could be a great experience, but is extremly poorly manage. Must of the staff is friendly, but many drag their feet, don't expect solutions if anything turns wrong (it will), don't expect even apologies. I will not return there for sure.

I loved my stay. The building is very historic. The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend it.

8/10 Very good

Disappointed about two items 1.- Hotel website indicates onsite parking - this is not accurate as the parking is 6 blocks away at another hotel's parking lot. 2.- Breakfast service was not available at 7:00 AM. My expectation is that on a weekday day this service is a must-have for business people Otherwise, a very interesting historic place to stay in. Excellent location for folks who want to spend time in downtown Queretaro at night exploring.
Christian, 1-night trip

There was no AC in our room. Pretty hot! As they only offered a small fan. Also, no hot water in our shower.

big romantic room and balcony, comfortable beds. Historic and beautiful hotel. Staff was good but two mornings and full day with NO HOT water! Staff response disappointing. Also had to argue about discount for food on reservations. Restaurant was well below par.

6/10 Good

So this property was interesting. The bed was fantastic, like the best ever, and the building was beautiful. However it missed on more than one level. For example, no one greeted us upon arrival. There was not a soul, for minutes! We literally had to go find someone two rooms away. Then upon check in, we had to carry our own bags up three flights of stairs. I had asked for an exterior room, but got the opposite. No robes, and the floor was sandy. We had a skylight that was cover led maybe so it wouldn’t leak, but it flapped and banged all night in the wind. No replacement of things like washcloth, and tv was on when we arrived, likely because once we shut it off, it wouldn’t turn back on. Literally though, the most strange part was there was zero staff. We’d have to move our own ropes to get in and out of the building each time; made me feel like it could have EASILY been broken into. It was beautiful, but I wouldn’t stay again. Price extremely high for what it provided, and zero attention paid to us; and I had upgraded the room to as high as I could get. I can’t say it enough, the hotel was a ghost town!

Historical hotel so some discomfort is expected, beautiful property, good bed, good old shower, dark room. You come here for the building. Everyone was very kind and attentive

I felt safe. Great location. La Casa de la Marquez’s was an absolutely beautiful building. I felt like I was in the 1800’s. The decor and architecture were amazing. Staff extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely come back

Mala experiencia

El check in bien.
