En general todo estuvo bien, la comida es bastante buena y variada, las bebidas aceptables, probablemnet por las fechas y que el hotel estaba con gran ocupacion algunos aspectos de limpieza al rededor de las albercas no fue el mejor, pero en restaurantes y otras instalaciones siempre estuvieron muy activos en mantener las instalaciones muy limpias, la variedad de actividades tambien es un punto a destacar. Un poco de mayor atencion a la limpieza de habitaciones que podria oa vez ser por la alta ocupacion que no se dieron abasto. El extractor del baño hace mucho ruido un punto a mejorar

This resort was beautiful, we were skeptical when we read other reviews but we were very happy with everything, the staff was awesome and very willing to help in every way they could. The Grand room we had was very clean and had a very nice view of the courtyard. Yes this resort is kid friendly however this did not affect how our trip went at all. The food was quite good despite the reviews being not great. We very much enjoyed the Las Palomas and Amalfi specialty restaurants for dinner. The Casa Bella buffet had a very good assortment for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well. If we were craving a snack on the beach, La Bamba was the place to go, great Hamburgers and hot dogs with great side choices. The only thing foodwise that did not live up to our expectations was the Piazzetta dei Forni restaurant. The crust tasted cheaper and they put cut up hotdogs on some of them. Just for people looking at all of the different restaurants, if you book the all inclusive package, you do not have access to Mai Tai and Capriccio as they are for owners/VIP members. Everywhere else is free to eat at. Note to book at one of the specialty restaurants you need to wake up early and book them. All of the bars and swim up bars were amazing and had a different drinks of the day every day. The bartenders were very friendly and willing to make anything requested. Our trip was great and we have next to no complaints about Marival Emotions, would recommend to anybody with or without kids.

We had such a fantastic family vacation here! Great for families with little kids. Kids club was awesome, park to play on, the pools were fantastic, beach was perfect, nice and shallow for the kids, we rode bikes to town one day. Shows and events going on everyday. Beach party and pool party were our favourites. My daughter was so excited to see Elsa at a show in the evening. Unfortunately there wasn’t much availability for the restaurants so we were able to eat at those but the buffets had different options everyday so we never got bored of the food. Lots of options for the kids!

Very lovely resort. One negative.No fan in the bathroom so very hot and steamy after a shower. Also bathroom taps leaked. Enjoyed the PB courts every day. Loved the adult pool and walking along the ocean. Very clean! Would return to this resort!

The property overall was kept very clean and bartenders were doing the best what with they had . They were short staffed, buffet areas needed more attention. The servers in the buffet areas were not attentive or just standing around counting tips instead of waiting on customers. I had to get up and get my own drinks at least on 3 different occasions. Big resort but wasn’t staffed properly when cruise liners show up and use the property’s , leaving hotel patrons waiting for drinks by the pool areas . Members of the hotels also noticed service to patrons had gone done significantly. I probably would not come to any resorts of Marival in the future!

Bike rental is good. Super bowl event was good. Michael Jackson was good. Appeared to be understaffed and not many staff spoke any English.
