It is not the first time that we stayed here. This time though, we went a week before the season "started", so almost everything was closed. It would be great if this kind of thing gets communicated clearly to all guests to avoid disappointment.

Not what we expected from a 5-star Hotel

Hotel room is outdated. When we came, the bed looked like someone just used it. It was wrinkly and dirty which was fixed immediately after we told the reception about it. The resort needs upgrading with its amenities and standards. The condition of the resort now doesn’t appear to be as a 5-star Hotel. The beach is full of trash all over its shore. Very disappointing to see that cleaning the main attraction is not in the hotels priority. Parking is confusing, lack of signs and no parking near the hotel. Did not really enjoy our stay due to higher expectations. Not what I think is worth the price.

Receptionen sa som inte vart vi kunde parkera eller vart vi hittar frukosten på morgonen. Eller när vi måste checka ut. Saknad servicen och rummet var lite grisigt med fläckar i handfatet och badkar.

Behövs en uppfräschning av badrummen. Restaurang dyr i förhållande till vad man fick. Skeppets lekytor typ bowlingen behöver fräschas upp, skor sönder och banorna lutar.

Noen mangler, men det kan vi leve med.

Fantastisk vær under oppholdet. 10 dager med trope etter. Det som manglet var aircondition på rommet. Ble sinnsykt varmt på natta. Rommet var stort, men trenger en oppgradering og et kjøleskap. Vaskerommet på hotellet var ute av drift så det var et stykke å gå for å få vasket klær. Svensk frokost er ikke mye å skryte av. De har ikke spiselig brød, de har bare laktosefri melk som er lunken. Og glassene er som fingerbøl, så det blir ørten turer for å hente seg drikke til frokost. Men til tross for en under middels hotellfrokost så var oppholdet vårt kjempebra.

Skulle vært kjøleskap på rommet, det savnes når det er varmt. I tillegg var det ikke enkelt å få isbiter. Når man har kjørt langt i 30 grader burde det være mulig nyte kald drikke på rommet. Anbefaler å sette tilbake kjøleskap på Superior-rom... Utenfor var det party i en hytte til 03.30...det var en liten pause i 24-tiden, antagelig noen som var der og snakket til de, men startet opp igjen med latter , musikk og skråling... rommet var varmt, så vinduene måtte være oppe...så dårlig med søvn...

Rummen var fina med badrum äldre och slitet och trots att vi var nästan själva så fick vi rum mot parkeringen. Hade uppskattat om info att all typ av bad var stängt. Åt i restaurangen men det var en enkel meny och 395 för en ryggbiff som var både rå och senig var svår att få i sig och knappast prisvärd
