BEWARE! Don’t ruin your vacation by staying here
There is nothing Royal about this place. It’s super dirty and disgusting. The entire time we stayed there nobody checked on us or cleaned the room, not even talk about changing the towels. It smells horrible, the bathroom is in terrible condition, shower is leaking, walls are all dirty. KEEP IN MIND THE REVIEWS ARE FABRICATED, there is no way that’s a real score for this dump

Ocean view was nice! Room was pretty small, fridge but no microwave :( but you get what you paid for. Parking lot in the back was convenient. Staff was nice and cleaning/laundry services included (you just have to ask). Overall decent stay

Wonderful customer service, loved having microwave & frig in our room. The view was spectacular and location was perfect! Would recommend to those on a budget who want some quiet at north end of Boca Del Rio. Only issue was it does need some upgrades!

Good for a short stay
The hotel has a nice location by the water, though it's not used as a beach and on the ground floor there's a restaurant with decent food and sometimes loud crowds. The first room I was given was noisy and stuffy and the helpful receptionist changed my room the next day. They offer a pick-up and a drop-off service with a golf cart when you arrive and depart, which is very helpful.
