Checkin was delayed by 2.5 hrs and they wouldn’t even accommodate us with a later checkout…only 30min. Pictures do not match the reality as well. This is a mistake we won’t be making again in HR future.

Ok stay for short time
My stay was ok. Everytime someone shut the door to their room, it shook my wall and bed. It scared me in the middle of the night. The shower wasn't as hot as I liked it. Overall, it was clean and a somewhat pleasant stay.

Get what you pay for.....
You get what you pay for. It was quiet and the room was clean overall. However, they need to mop. Also, somebody broke a mug in the hallway and they didn't pick it up til the next day. Finally, they only come tidy up the room once you've stayed 3 days.

Cheap, but for a reason.
The pictures are deceiving. I like to cook when I travel for work and save money so I make sure to get a room with a kitchenette.. The fridge didn't work. And while I had a kitchenette, there were no dishes, silverware, pots or pans. Nothing. I called the front desk thinking I had to request those things and they said nope.. they just don't have them.

The short Mexican midget behind the counter will go out of his way to make sure you have a terrible checkin if he’s not just blatantly taking out his aggressions on life on you. He keeps inviting me back to his room when ever I stay there and I keep telling him no. So now everytime I go there he has started making up reasons to get me to leave. And this past time actually told the booking site I went through that I was using fake is and credit cards to check in. They quickly realized that he was lying after I just sent photos of everything. But my point is be very very careful when going here. Their game is to take people who have paid reservations and not let them check in so that they can keep the nights rent and re rent the room. They also have you put a deposit down (not one other motel 6 out of ten in all of Austin charges a deposit. None.)and you are required to go checkout and if you are s minute late or if you don’t bring the paperwork with you or if you don’t go to checkout period they keep your deposit. U are also required to show if to get your deposit back and thats if they decide you deserve it back and haven’t made up some excuse like they did for me to keep it. I’m not joking I have reported these people a total of four times now to various agencies. And this time Im decided to make sure everyone knows.

I usually don’t have a problem with this hotel but when I woke up one morning there was a threatening note on my car window when I took the note to office the clerk said she would look at the cameras and get back with me and I never heard back from her….

Freezing, no heater, they couldn't care less
This is the second time I've stayed there and the first time I forgave the front desk guy thinking maybe he was just having a bad day, but no. He is simply rude and could care less about the experience that the hotel's customers have there. In addition, I am 64 y/o with heavy bags and he gave me a second floor with no elevator. He is the only one there he told me later at about 9pm when I told him the heater wasn't working and it was 40 degrees out So I had to freeze all night and carry my bags up stairs because he can't lock the door for a few minutes to help me like all other hotel clerks will offer in that situation.
Given his attitude and the fundamental disregard of client comfort he's one got to be a family member of the owners and two, the management (family) doesn't care either.
