Hotel is located close to a subway station. Breakfast was excellent. Good food at the hotel restaurant. Our check in was supposed to be at 2pm but the room was not yet ready. Rooms are smaller than expected. Standard level of cleanliness. One thing that was frustrating is they knew the room was booked for 3 people but only had towels for 2 for 2 days in a row.

Overall the hotel was clean and staff were very kind and respectful and helpful when needed. However, the sofa bed was very basic for a King suite and the toilet was so so without a sink to wash hands, we have to go in the bedroom bathroom every time to wash hands.
