I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable. The room I was given was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest — there were stains on the sheets, trash left behind, and a noticeable musty odor. The carpet was torn in several places, and the furniture looked old and poorly maintained. To make things worse, I noticed bugs in the room, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. The hotel overall feels very outdated and neglected, with hallways that smell damp and poorly lit areas. I reported these issues to the front desk, but nothing was done to address them. For the price I paid, this was completely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
