Indoor pool was closed due to lightning, the first night, so kids were very upset because previously at another hotel last summer, that hotel did not close. Rooms were very clean, extra trash bags, fairly quiet, the breakfast buffet was very varied and excellent, extra pillows and towels delivered with smiles, we will be back!

Great stay
Another great stay here. Only thing I wish is for them to have hot chocolate at breakfast. They have not had any the last two times we have stayed here. I am not a coffee drinker but I do drink hot chocolate. Dissappointed they dont have it.

Spring Break in Branson
The hotel was great as far as having two swimming pools but at least one needed to be heated for wintertime. It would have been great to go swimming, but it was too cold for me. I did enjoy the hot tub, but it usually stayed full. The bed was not comfortable and there was a stain on the bottom of my bed sheet which looked like rust that I had to have changed. Definitely needs new mattresses or pillow tops or something. My bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't get in and out without nearly landing in the tub or floor. I don't know if it was just my room or all of the rooms that had a tiny bathroom. Great location and the amenities were good. Definitely a kid's paradise.

Major disappointment
The hotel "castle" look was interesting. The room and food were ok. However, there were a number of disappointments. Exterior side doors remained unlocked making us feel less safe. We stayed in building 1, but we had to walk to another building to use the pool and hot tub. It was crowded. So we walked to the third building to use the other pool and hot tub. If this was winter, we would have had to walk back to our building in the freezing temperatures while wet and in our swim suits. At least they finally restocked the swim ts. We also had to walk to another building for breakfast. It was crowded and noisy. We had to wait for a seat and squueeze in at the table when they became available. One guest dined near us with her non-service dog at the table. It sat on a chair and rested its chin on the table. Disgusting! Does the hotel policy allow pets in the dining area? They also ran out of coffee. I'm sure it was eventually refilled. The hotel policies are ridiculous. They state through Hotels.com that the room accomodates 4 people, but it will ask you to book 2 rooms if you state 2 children are staying with you. It also claims to offer free breakfast, but it states children staying free cannot eat the breakfast. I've never stayed at a hotel that charges extra for 2 children to stay with you. There were many children in the breakfast room. I'm sure every family ignored the website note that children cannot eat the free breakfast if they stay in your room as guests 3 and 4.

Highly recommend
Definitely recommend the King Jacuzzi room, very clean and the jacuzzi is massive. The service here is also very good and staff is very friendly. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Branson now.

Older but updated in places, good service.
The service was very good. They helped me change the days of my stay and didn’t charge me the non refundable for the previous booking. Rooms were clean and everything satisfactory. The breakfast was hot and plentiful but a little basic in the options. The pool closes at 10 not midnight as advertised in some places but all in a good stay for your overnight trip to Branson. The kids enjoyed the theme and the fountain garden was very pretty.

Bed was not very comfortable. Hotel was older yet fairly clean. Could use some updating. Window unit was VERY loud however it did drown out a good bit of, I can only assume, the herd of elephants upstairs. Room was small but we were only there to sleep and shower. Request for extra pillow and blanket was not fulfilled. Probably Would stay again if I had to, except I think could find newer hotel with better breakfast options. It will not be my first choice for future stays.

Perfect in every way
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect close enough to everything but off the main strip where you could still have quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent quality and plentiful with a lot of options.

BED BUGS!!
My family's experience was awful. We got in late Friday evening and pretty much unpacked and went to bed. When we woke up the next morning, my daughter and I woke up with several bites on us. The bites were in clusters mostly on our arms. As the day went on the more bites started showing up in other regions of our body. When brought to the hotels attention at noon they thought that relocating us to a different room would be a solution to the problem. We were on vacation and tried to make the best of the day. When we got back to the room to dress our daughter for bed we discovered way more bites and we decided to pack up and come home. Horrible vacation hotel room.
