Parkiing lot is miserable
I was very put off by having to pay $17/day for parking. I understand wanting to keep people who are not staying from parking but you should have the ability to park one vehicle on site. Also the fact there was no thought of pedestrian safety with the parking lot. It was dark and there is no center staircase to take. You have to park your car, walk through the dark parking lot to the other side of the driveway to the sidewalk. With all the parking fees you have collected, the installation of a stairway would have paid for itself by now.

Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Big, clean, quiet rooms.
Cons: It’s a bit out of town, which supposes most guests have cars, but they charge you to use their parking lot. I think this is pretty rude.

Dirty pillows
Nice quiet area. But the room was gross. The pillows smelled like someone else’s dirty hair.

Probably would pass on this one.
Exterior is beautiful, but rooms are outdated, rundown and not clean. Hallway smells wet and musty.
Breakfast is $24/person.
Management offered to switch us to a different room, but it wasn't worth relocating for such a short stay.

Nickle and Dime you.
The room smelled very musty. The HVAC didn't work - had to call for service to get it running. The pool and spa were covered with bugs, and there was no net available for us to remove them. Breakfast was VERY expensive - much cheaper to get at a local restaurant. It should be complementary given the price paid for the room. Parking was not free for guests - pretty petty. I was not impressed with the Hilton.
