When we got there no one was at the desk to check us in, they had to come from the attached 'market' for that. The 'breakfast' area was not maintained. It was dirty, littered and the staff member was sitting at the bar watching the news on tv. The room was ok but we are glad we weren't staying during the colder weather if the only way to heat the room was with the small, portable heater that was in the room.

The hotel was a nice spot for an overnight visit. The manager (I assume) was a very hard worker and very helpful. I probably wouldn't stay here for an extended amount of time, but it was ok. Our worst experience was the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night after getting to bed at 1am. I assume it was someone pranking? I'm not sure, but it was not pleasant.

The pool had a weird smell house keeper was rude when I was checking out tried to say that a pillow case was missing like I was trying to still a pillow case had to take a picture of the pillow cases that she said was missing was looking for something to charge me for even though the room was exactly like it was when I checked in nothing like the pictures weird people all around the place don’t book there you will be disappointed

Website a. Little misleading. It said hot breakfast. The only thing hot was coffee and you can make waffles. The Asian Tyra’s the restaurant next door There is no bar again it’s the building next door. Hot tub no bubbles. Rooms were updated and new and staff was friendly and helpful

This location has been improved from my last stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I enjoyed having bars and restaurants within walking distance. A good value in downtown Sheboygan.
