Beautiful Hotel
We stayed overnight at the Hilton Naples. We had a decent king size room, however, the toilet was very low and the faucet handle didn’t work great. Other than that, it was a beautiful hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff, nice restaurant, very clean hotel and room. We also used the gym that was very nice. Free, and easy parking. I saw a sign at the desk for free beach shuttle too.

Beach shuttle was an amazing perk. All the staff was super friendly. Michael (works poolside service) was our favorite person at the Hilton. The holiday decorations were amazing too and the hotel is close to so many great places you can walk to or uber to in ten minutes or less. Perfect location!

Mixed hotel
The lobby is very nice and beautiful - especially for Christmas. Pool deck is nick and the waterfall for the pool and hot tub is really nice and relaxing. Fitness center is in great condition and has pretty much everything you would need. However, the bed was insanely soft causing back pain the next morning and the staff, particularly the front desk, just doesn't have a service, hospitality vibe to them and come across cold and "by the book". Overall, nice but don't think it was worth $300 / night even though I know we're in season.
