8/10 Very good

Everything was fine, had a bit of a hiccup at the check-in because the internet was down, the room was comfortable, the area is close to a shopping center.

Extended Stay Rating in San Diego, CA

The room was cleaner than other places I’ve stayed at in San Diego. However the flow rate of water coming out of the faucet and shower wasn’t that great. It was way too weak. And the place didn’t have great soaps or there wasn’t any shampoos available. However, the place was much safer and a lot better than other places I’ve stayed at. And I’m glad it was close to several shopping centers in Mission Valley. I do wish they had more breakfast choices available too.

10/10 Exceptional

The beds were nice staff was great they charge for parking which I thought was odd since I'm paying to stay there.. maintenance could do a little better I saw some mold on the caulking by the shower but to be expected in a beach environment but that's an easy fix

Not bad for the price

Well I got it mainly for the kitchen which was functional Little cramped got a king bed with pull out bed and of course we had a rollaway It saved money having the kitchen was great everything was clean they do have a if you want new towels and not new blankets and sheets trade policy for sure if you're looking for breakfast nope not the place not unless you plan on cooking your own they offer some roadside convenience store coffee and some muffins very small muffins and some fruit bars but that's all breakfast goes but it's not a little bad spot there is walking distance to shops grocery stores coffee food everything you need You can walk walk back is a little more tougher cuz it's uphill but it's nice it's not bad for sure
Kristina, 7-night trip

2/10 Poor

My room was very dirty. There was old food on the stove top, 3 of the bath towels looked dirty and have someone else's hair on them. The tub faucet was dripping all night and the room had stains on the walls. I felts very unsafe after the sun went down and I was concerned about the safety of my car. There were many random people hanging out and smoking. I can say the staff was nice.

Unmaintain rooms

Place looks nice around business area and employees are nice. The room was very poor maintenance and the ac/heater did not work, was cold when sleeping.

6/10 Good

I liked the front desk staff, they were so polite and helpful. The rooms were not cleaned. There was no soap in the room, and there was a half gallon of milk still in the refrigerator. The hall ways smelled like someone urinated and was smoking cigarettes.
Matthew, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff is great! Old hotel has been remodeled .still look a bit run down . Old smoke smell in my room . Parking is $5/nite and sis not see that on hotel profile . Breakfast is in a stand in office . Coffee and granola bar or corn flake 😂 it is not a breakfast For the price I paid I can get better .

The place has seen brighter days. It is adequate but barely. you have to now pay $5 per day for parking, must ask if you want shampoo (they will supply but not automatically) sheets in room stained and wrinkley - probably clean but it looks suspicious. Everything looks worn out and over used. high time for a renovation. also the "breakfast" is as cheap as humanly possible. cheap coffee, cheap creamer, cheap breakfast snacks. It was adequate for one night. I will pay up a few dollars more and go with a bigger hotel next time. They did have great AC though - chilly in the room. :-)

2/10 Poor

The first night was okay.... The problem came when we renewed our stay online with hotels.com as we were asked to do by the front desk. The daytime guy didn't check us in so the room was only half tended to when we returned. Two members of staff tried to without knocking
Calvin, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place is horrible , dont stay here , they have homeless people living here . The sheets had old poop stains , it smelled like cigarettes. The front office never picked up the phone . This motel is not a good choice do not bring your family here . Go elsewhere .
