The staff was very helfful. We originally had a room on the 2nd floor, but with no elevator and my daughter in a walking boot and unable to climb stairs, the lady at checkin immediatedly changed our room to aground floor with no fuss.

This property was disgusting and in terrible disrepair! They put us in a subpar room because we were traveling with our registered service dogs. The manager refused to move us to a decently inhabitable room, probably because they didn’t have anything better in the entire facility. The room was billed as non smoking, but had obvious smoke damage on almost every surface like it’d housed a pen full of chain smoking monkeys for a decade, and the blankets all had cigarette burns in them. The manager was an absolute nightmare to deal with and was rude and cussed at us when we had the audacity to complain. The GM never called us back after filing a formal complaint, and the evening attendant was less useful than rest stop toilet paper! I will be leaving photos on their yelp and Google reviews!

This was by far the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The bathroom reeked of urine, the floors were grimy, the refrigerator was dirty and sticky, there were rusty nails sticking out of the baseboard in the bathroom, mold on the door frame. It smelled bad. The cleaning crew needs to be replaced or entirely retrained. The breakfast was OK, but when something ran out- nobody was around to restock. I will never stay in a Quality Hotel again- just nasty. I told the front desk person when checking out and he just looked puzzled and apologized- I appreciated that. Look someplace else to stay. It has a great location with good potential but until something changes BIG TIME- skip this one.

Everything was clean and will stay there again. The only problem is when the cleaning service came in and made the bed and emptied the trash they did not completely close the door so it will lock. The last 2 nights we pushed open the door and it opened without using the key. Nothing was missing but it should be checked by cleaning service to see if door is locked.

The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the choices for breakfast. I was hoping for a bagel or English muffin and a banana. They only have bread for toast, a waffle maker, 2 types of cereal and the hot bar is eggs and sausage. There were mandarins and a few apples. Other than that, it was cheap, clean and east in and out.

Great location. Easy access to the highway. Good price. Floors need deep cleaning in room. Wear shoes or socks. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and hair stuck to the shower wall. Bathroom mirror was wiped, but had streaks and not cleaned well. Bathroom needs to be modernized. For the price and not spending much time in the room. Decent value.
