This is an older Candlewood property that has been well kept. Still it is not new. The free laundry room will make you want to gladly pay. It is tucked away in a nice quiet residential area and that is a big plus versus the other guys.

The only thing that was surprising was that in a 7 night stay we never had any room service. After the fourth night I asked for more towels, which were supplied with no issues, as we had two adults and only one full size towel and two medium size towels. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant and would highly recommend them.

Great Experience!

Registration was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and equipped with everything I needed. I didn't even need to unpack my shampoo, soap or lotion. It was all provided, and a good brand. Plenty of TV stations, including sports channels.

When I got to the desk, I had to call the receptionist. Kinda odd. There was no free breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Shower dripped ALL NIGHT the first night, so annoying! But overall it was a good stay.

I spent way too much for this room. There was mold in the bathroom and it appeared to be an on going process. There were spots on the walls couldn’t tell what they were from. Bed was comfortable and the front desk was friendly. This hotel needs some TLC.

Good experience overall

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel.A group of us come to this area for the Street Rod Nationals each year. We had booked rooms but had to cancel 1 room at the last minute because of a medial issue that occurred. Marcus at the front desk was understanding and said that they would allow it to be canceled when Hotels.com called them to verify. I chatted with Hotels.com and they we understanding too and we received a refund. We appreciate the help we got in this situation and will be back again next year. The rates are very competitive and it is in a nice safe location near the Kentucky expo center.Some of the people who stayed at other hotels liked ours better and will book here next time.

Spacious Friendly Big and Convenient

The staff here was so friendly! Everyone I met made me feel welcome and at ease! The room was spacious, and the kitchen has utensils, cups, plates, pots and pans etc. They all looked to be clean although I always just wash before use. The bathrooms had shampoo conditioner soaps and lotion. Lots of closet and storage space. There is a strongish floral smell that hits you when you walk in but that’s better than smelling bad! I saw a gym, laundry room, and snack room. Bed was comfortable enough and did the job. The counter was great for cooking or doing makeup and there is plenty of mirror space for 4 people to get ready at the same time! Location wise it is close to the highway which is very convenient! I would 100% stay here again if I were ever in Louisville.

It was very suited for our needs to take the RTC from Green Valley Casino to the Raiders game. Our room was comfortable (422) and the floor was quite. However the room needs some attention. The bathroom vent was covered with lint. The bed on the right was missing its reading light. We weren’t advised that they would charge our card for more than the fee of the room but called and this was explained to us. It would’ve been nice to know before we saw the text showing a larger charge than our bill.
