Very pleased with everything ... except the hot water for the shower took at least 5-8 minutes to arrive. I was on the 5th floor and need to shower at 4:30 am for an early departure. Things turned out okay, but if time had been critical, this delay would have been unacceptable. Don't know if there is a solution for this, but in case you haven't already been told of this, management needs to know. Service in the restaurant was excellent.
