Fun but filthy!!!!!

I stayed here years ago when it was the Nickelodeon hotel. It has become so worn down. My kids loved the water park but I couldn't help but notice the moldy water slides, the nasty mini golf area and the crappy towel service. They handed out those small white towels with the blue stripe in the middle ( the same towels that the YMCA would pass out to members in the 1980s. They didn't have large towels that covered their rusty and moldy pool chairs. The rooms were clean and modern but everything else was dirty including the market place. I had breakfast and dinner there and I never saw anyone cleaning. I had to wipe down our own table. Once again, the kids loved it, which is why we went but as a parent and adult, the place is filthy overall.

Do not waist your time & hard earned money !!

Took an hour in line to check in!!! Once checked in all amenities shut down the entire day!!! So no pool, no slides, no basketball - no golf !! It was ridiculous paid all this money and couldn’t do anything due to weather. Then elevators weren’t working so they had to change our room. Then all credit card machines down so couldn’t pay for anything, only cash ?! No phone in our room so couldn’t call front desk, anyone. Horrible customer service no one cared. But one guy Luis, he was only once nice. The AC wasn’t working in Lobby, nasty smelly sweat box, just a REALLY BAD experience. So mad we went. Would never return and would like refund asap.

We had an excellent stay. This is an older hotel but very clean. People are cleaning 24/7. Food court was good. Coffee was excellent especially Karima in the ice cream shop. Property is very pet friendly.

Um hotel onde o cliente é a ultima preocupacao. tem poucos funcionarios na recepcao o que torna os atendimentos sempre lentos. o hotel nao é barato mas oferece um servico de hotel barato. os quarto sao sujos e cheiram mal, os corredores sao sujos. os hospedes nao respeitam a lei do silencio apos as 22:00hs, fazendo bagunca pelo corredor, gritando e cantando.No parque aquatico eles colocam musica muito alta, o que incomoda ate dentro do quarto. O parque aquatico nao funciona direito e nao tem servicos de quarto todos os dias e quando tem elas so arrumam a cama e trocam as toalhas, mas nem sempre colocam toalhas limpas. por duas vezes em 10 dias precisei ir na rececao solicitar toalhas pq a camareira levou as usados e nao repos.

Unexpected, bot so good surprises 😮

This was our 2nd time staying. I was impressed the 1st time, not so much the 2nd time around. 2 days before our arrival, I received a call sayimg the room I booked was not available. Original room was 2 bedrooms with 1 queen and 2 single beds. I was told we were being upgraded, which was bot an upgrade. We were put in a 2 bedroom with a king and bunkbeds. Its was 5 of us my best friend, her son, myself, my son and niece. My bestfriend and her son were going to sleep in the queen and myself and my niece in the 2 single beds and my son wanted to sleep on the sofa bed. So imagine telling you that you will be upgraded and going to a room and having to sleep in a bunkbed. I did express my concerns but they were brushed asside. Although, the room wasn't ideal my biggest issie was when I was charged more than double the price of what my online reservation said was due at arrival. I spoke with the manager, she broke a paper with 7 thousand different fees. Saying they werent included in thw booking so SURPRISE! I explained to her I booked the exact same way the year prior and I paid what my email said I would pay upon arrival without all the surprise charges. They only food place open our entire stay was the pizza place which is 1 of 3 or 4 little food places on site. Hope you have a better experience 🙄

NEVER AGAIN

won't give you the option for a early check in . Rooms wasn't ready at 4pm had to wait til almost 5pm and then make the line all over again to check in . there's not enough parking for all the guest . So they can't be on time but then they want you to check out on time . Must say this is the last time we ever visit this place . Going back to Airbnb . The rooms are clean but the overall place not guest friendly .
