This was our 2nd time staying. I was impressed the 1st time, not so much the 2nd time around. 2 days before our arrival, I received a call sayimg the room I booked was not available. Original room was 2 bedrooms with 1 queen and 2 single beds. I was told we were being upgraded, which was bot an upgrade. We were put in a 2 bedroom with a king and bunkbeds. Its was 5 of us my best friend, her son, myself, my son and niece. My bestfriend and her son were going to sleep in the queen and myself and my niece in the 2 single beds and my son wanted to sleep on the sofa bed. So imagine telling you that you will be upgraded and going to a room and having to sleep in a bunkbed. I did express my concerns but they were brushed asside. Although, the room wasn't ideal my biggest issie was when I was charged more than double the price of what my online reservation said was due at arrival. I spoke with the manager, she broke a paper with 7 thousand different fees. Saying they werent included in thw booking so SURPRISE! I explained to her I booked the exact same way the year prior and I paid what my email said I would pay upon arrival without all the surprise charges. They only food place open our entire stay was the pizza place which is 1 of 3 or 4 little food places on site. Hope you have a better experience 🙄
