My room was great pool was amazing only issue I had during my stay was the service particularly with my room key it just completely stopped working and I believe the staff when they said they fixed it just to arrive to my door and the key wouldn’t work and it did not help that my room was at the other end of the hotel room

The room was clean and the staff gave us the best service. But the property needs maintenance, everything looks old and unsafe. We wanted to spend 3 nights there and we decided leave early. To much people, for a small pool, part of the water attractions were closed and the kids area looks old and dirty.

We stayed here for a week because based on the pictures, it seemed like a great spot. I remember thinking one could spend a week at this resort alone without doing any parks (we did 5 days of parks). The pool was nice and my kids loved the water park area. But the other amenities were severely lacking. There was only one quick service restaurant open the whole week and only really had pizza available, despite other options being listed on the menu. The room was also fairly run down, leaky shower with very poor water pressure. Common area bathrooms were also poorly maintained or closed all together. The staff on site was extremely pleasant to deal with in spite of all this. While this wasnt a terrible experience, I would be hesitant to return unless i couldnt find another spot with a similar water park.

We enjoyed the water park, arcade and breakfast buffet but the construction on the parking lot became a nuisance when 2 entrances were blocked at once then they tore up the storm drain right behind my car. The bedroom fan light would turn on randomly during the night by itself, you couldn’t adjust the thermostat settings, and day one the kitchen cabinet door fell off when we went to open it. The staff resolved most issues almost immediately though which was great but they should consider addressing the other issues I listed above.

This is my second time staying at the Holiday Inn. My first time experience again was good so we decided to come back for a second time with our second child. There’s a few things that I did not like during my stay there this time around. In our suite, there were a few cracks and open walls and there was one morning we were eating breakfast and roaches came out from behind the tv wall. We called front desk and they hung up on us. Most towels we would receive in our room had stains on them so we would request multiple at once. There was also one night that our ac stopped working so we called in the morning for it to come get fixed. The staff member came, but they literally knocked once and just opened the door. I thought that was inappropriate. What if myself or one of my family members were getting dressed or something. The hotel is good, very family friendly my son enjoyed it, but they should definitely check out the bedrooms to fix those minor things and

We were so excited to spend some family time here for the weekend. But as soon as we checked in they got us for a timeshare spiel. Instantly we regretted it. They lied about several things. Simply don’t do it unless you want to waste 3 hours of your morning. Our suite was comfortable, clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The elevator closet to our room wasn’t working. A few areas were under construction. They have several restaurants on premises but they open late in the afternoon. We tried both the Asian and pizza but they were both subpar. The waterpark is honestly why we chose this hotel for the kids. The two jacuzzis were relaxing. The bar served great drinks. Unfortunately, the pool and the outdoor amenities constantly kept closing due to lightening. The pool towels were small, thin and dirty. There weren’t enough lounge chairs. Saw drunk adults and fighting over a lounge chair. Overall, we left early because the pool kept closing and the type of people staying there were unmannered. As a local I wouldn’t return to this hotel nor do I recommend it.
