DO NOT Recommend
I had to correct my reservation when I got there even though I had talked to the hotel on 3 different occasions and confirmed the details over the phone. After the first night I asked for extra TPO and to fix our television when they came and cleaned the room. They brought extra TP and fixed the TV as requested but did not clean the room or replace towels. They did the bare minimum which I could have received at Motel 6 for half the money.

Priced right, but needs some upgrades
The room was okay for the most part... very small for a 2 bed. Heater is out dated(from the 1980s), we fought temp control most of the night. Freezing/Roasting. The bathroom is extremely tiny with just the toilet and tub/shower, toilet didn't want to flush most of the time, sink is in the main room. This location doesn't offer breakfast and there is no coffee pot in the room. For the price of the night it was okay, I personally wouldn't stay more than 1 night.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was fairly large. This is a reasonably priced OK hotel for the money. Bed spread had some black smudges that wiped off. Otherwise the rest of the bed linens seemed clean. No bedside tables with lamps which was disappointing. Only one side had electrical outlets. Water tasted bad. Looking back on the advertising, there was no listing for coffee maker in room or free breakfast. The room had a hair dryer and an iron (not sure anyone ever uses those) It just seemed odd that there would not even be a coffee machine. In summary, it was probably an ok room for the money. However, I don't think we will stay there again and will opt instead for more amenities.

Room was comfortable, but during the night the bathroom started making a noise like a dripping facet. It continued all night. My brother in the the room next to me heard the same noise. Very annoying.

This property was under going renovation to the exterior. There was allot of the parking lot taking over by construction workers and their equipment. Never would have booked a room here had I known this was going on. Also, the area didn't seem very safe. Had lots of signs in the parking lot that stated the hotel was not responsible for auto thefts or stolen property from vehicles. The room was OK, but didnt smell clean. Had an odor. Would not recommend staying here.

I was here for ten days. Drain didnt work in the bath tub. My son flew me in to watch his 1 year old. A Bath is a necessity . I made it work with some plastic sheets I had from a meal. I asked every day for the tub to be fixed and kept being told maintenance wasnt in. When I checked in the room was SUPER dirty. Like they didnt even vaccum. Since my grandson took his first step in that room it was imperative they cleaned it. On the sixth day they finally sent someone ,after asking everyday to vacuum the room. My son had bought me a vacuum that after noon. When she was done I ran my vacuum and it collected MASSIVE dust and dirt. I contacted front desk and they said we only service room when customers checked in. I asked for them to check notes of when I checked in because I had asked every day including upon checkin that the room was super dirty. NOTHING A CAN of lysol didnt sanitize but it was still dirty. Just super dissapointed .

The property is in a lovely setting, but it is not well lit at night. The concierge was very nice upon check-in, but getting around to find the elevator and exits were difficult. Also the amenities as listed for the hotel and even the room, were closed or non- existent. The best thing about the room was a comfy bed and ample space. We gave this hotel 3 stars all the way down the line, but will not be returning.

This was much better than your typical Wyndham properties nowadays. Very clean and had comfortable beds. The only reason for 4 stars was that it didn't have a coffee maker in the room, you had to go down to the lobby. There was a frig and microwave and Walmart is just 2 blocks away. A utilitarian but still comfortable stay and on the lower end of $$ for this area. I would have no problem booking there again
