Everything was pretty much ok. Bathroom light didn't work. As I was getting ready to get my things ready to check out they cut the electricity out to my room. So other than that it's was ok.

The a/c wasn’t working properly and needed another room. The worker seemed like he wasn’t concerned a lot and I had to wait for them to check my room out to make sure I wasn’t lieing . Other customers complained bout their rooms too bout their a/c. Thank god I got another room because outside was cooler than inside the room .

Last night we stayed in a Studio 6 in north Pensacola. Was nicely remodeled, clean, just wonderful. Well. This one , the room we were in, should have been condemn! Filthy, sink was broken and water ran on floor . Needs a ton of work... yuck

Hardly any lights worked. Fridge and microwave didnt work. There were roaches in the room. Toilet wasnt bolted down. Atleast the beds were soft.

Horrible

When we got into the room, I was almost sick to my stomach because of the condition of the room. The floor was so dirty that when my husband took a shower his feet were black. We should of left and got our money back and whet to another hotel. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

You Get What You Pay For 🤔

I had to have housekeeping change the entire bedding. It was dirty. Some lights in most rooms do not work. Most televisions has the scramble effect going on. The worst are the towels. IF you have to use them. Check the first.

The room was in need of repairs. The sheets were dirty and/or stained. The hot water didn’t work in the shower. And was backwards on the faucet. So I had to sleep dirty and w/ no covers because I used the towels to cover the dirty sheets. Never again will I ever stay at this motel! Worst experience I have ever had….😡😡😡

Not a place to be

The room was not clean to say the least. The refrigerator wasnt clean, the floor throughout appeared to not be cleaned for awhile i kept shoes on the entire time. The bathroom door had a kick hole in it and would not close, the room needed doors and their hinges replaced. The property is not worth the rate they ask. Made the mistake of going here due to last minute stop, should have just kept going or slept in my vehicle.

Disappointing stay

We arrived at hotel at 9pm. Front lobby was closed, so had to use the night window, located in the laundry room. It took at least 30 minutes to get someone to come to the window. Another guest was there needing to get his key card corrected. We rang the buzzer several times before the clerk finaly came to the window. He was very rude and never spoke except to ask what we wanted. The room was rather disappointing, pair of dirty socks left in the floor, microwave filthy, half the lights in room didn't work, paint coming off walls and ceiling. We stayed there last year and the room we stayed in was ok. Sorry to say, but I won't stay there again.

disgusting

The room was disgusting. There was stains on the walls, a ripped and broken lamp shade, dirt and crumbs all over the floor and in the drawer of the nightstand. And when I woke in the morning, there was a roach on the nightstand, which means it was probably crawling all over my things. Also, there was no water in the morning. Admittedly, an extreme cold front had come through during the night which likely froze the pipes but still. I couldn't shower/wash/brush my teeth in the morning.

This place was awful. The guy at the desk acted like he didn't want to be there. The room smelled old and musty. Half the lights didn't work. Tv remote was dead. Ice bucket was filthy and possibly moldy. No ice available even if you could get a clean bucket. No water pressure for the shower. And housekeeping started to barge in almost an hour before check out time. I yelled at her to hold on but she didn't. I had the door fully locked. She slammed the door enough that she opened the door several inches. I had to yell at her through open door before she would stop. This was the worst places I have ever stayed at. I will not ever stay here again.

Traveled all the way from California. Reserved and paid for a room. Got there, very tired and exhauated and the young guy told us the inn is full and no rooms available..even when i had booked online. Besides that, it took him forever to come to the front as we kept ringing the bell for someone to help us. When he decides to come out on his own time, not caring he has a job to do, he comes with his pants off and smelling like marijuana. He was completely rude and did not want to hear us out. He kept raising his voice as we are just trying to explain to him. Seemed like all he wanted was for us to leave. Very rude guy, customer service, not even a clean place, and did not feel safe. This is the worst experience i have ever been through. Teach your employees how to handle a situation and to work properly.
