Esta frente al mar con una zona de playa extensa y tranquila, la zona por sí misma es hermosa por estar situada en una reserva ecológica sin embargo la habitación era extremadamente pequeña e incómoda y eso que tome de las habitaciones más completas, no se piden grandes servicios pero por lo menos más espacio para el equipaje y colocar las cosas que hagan una estancia más cómoda. El restaurante tiene una carta limitada y en si los alimentos son calidad media

Cielo y Selva, simply speaking , is marvelous. It is peaceful and clean, the sea is beautiful. Staff are exceptional. The chef works magic with The menu. And, they work with local tour operators in a very sustainable way. The only drawback is that access on foot to the Reserve is virtually non-existent. But, if you want to get away from it all, this is a perfect choice. And, I've seen about 40 species of birds here.

El hotel muy limpio, la atención en verdad buena, por la falta de luz fue complicado tomar un café pero se entiende pues estabamos en una reserva ecológica hermosa y dependen de plantas solares para la luz.

Es lohnt sich gat nicht zu weit zu fahren, der Strand ist sehr dreckig auf Grund des seegrass, die Miterarbeiter haben anderes versprochen, als wir angekommen sind, war die richtige Enttäuschung, die Preisen allgemein fürs Essen im Hotel und Umgebubg sind überteuer , wir werden nie wieder zurück kommen.

Su comida sigue siendo increíble igual que las vistas Del Mar y del cielo sin embargo esta ocasión los precios se fueron al doble. La casa de campaña súper incómoda para dormir, un conjunto de colchonetas en ves de una sola hacen incómodo el descanso. Prefería el glamping como una ves anterior. Sin embargo los precios ya no ayudan.

El hotel Cielo y Selva en Punta Allen esta en la mejor ubicacion de todas las opciones que encontramos, esta muy bien atendido, todas las comidas que hicimos ahi fueron deliciosas y el trato del personal siempre fue de lo mejor. Recomendado!

Todo es maravilloso. La Paz que me dio el lugar, pero lo más hermoso y por la cual hago el comentario es la inigualable atención de cada uno de los trabajadores y sería difícil dar el nombre de cada uno . Pero la razón de el deseo de regresar es todo el personal y felicito a quien los ha contratado y deseo que sigan ahí o que donde se encuentren sigan triunfando y siendo esas inolvidables personas. El lugar nos pareció extraordinario. Cuesta acceder a él a través una carretera no asfaltada llena de baches, pero la recompensa del alojamiento supera dicho inconveniente. El lugar está muy bien cuidado y decorado, y la tranquilidad es extrema. Lo único que nos decepcionó fue el personal a cargo de la recepción de este. Solicitamos ayuda en varios aspectos; transporte, anclaje tienda y pérdida de objetos personales, y aunque nos ofrecieron alternativas diversas de palabra, a la hora de la verdad la gestión fue deficiente. La tienda la tuvimos que reforzar nosotros antes un vendaval y de mis objetos personales olvidados en uno de los baños ya no se supo nada. Y eso que había muy poca ocupación en ese momento y me puse en contacto con los tfnos de atención al cliente en cuanto me di cuenta de la pérdida. Siento que esta pobre atención empañara nuestra percepción de un sitio tan mágico.
