When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged right away. Although there was no lineup and the front desk staff saw me, they didn’t engage until I approached the desk myself. One of the staff members simply asked if I was checking in. I think the front desk team could work on being more hospitable and improving their customer service.
Stay Experience:
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having a microwave in the room, which is a nice touch as many hotels don’t offer that anymore.

What Could Be Improved:
• I was placed under a family, and every morning I was woken up by noise from kids running in the room above
• My room was near the ice machine, so I could hear people getting ice throughout the day and night
• The mini convenience store only accepts debit cards, which is inconvenient for those wanting to pay by credit card
Also, Towels should be cleaner and checked before being put in the room. Mine had a make-up stain or stain
