Hotel was disgusting. Customer service sucked. We got our key and went over to try and open our room. Room did not open. So right away we had to ask for a different card key. They only gave us one. Online we were promised a room with two queen beds, when we arrived, we only received one queen bed. Which was extremely difficult with two adult adults and one toddler. (I’m pretty sure some hotels don’t even allow that many people for one queen bed.)
Paint was chipping in our hotel room. Random burn marks on plastics in the hotel. All of the drains in the hotel room were partially clogged. We did not receive pillows for the bed. The room felt very stuffy, like it smelled weird and they used very cheap scent to cover the smell. The smell was over bearing.
Head board was dirty. We had to clean it before being able to sleep. The floor looked like it wasn’t sweep ever. The floor was also very sticky. Like sticky that your shoes stuck to the floor every time you took a step. I didn’t let my one year old son walk around the room. Which was very difficult to do with a toddler. Random hair on the bed. Bathroom door was weirdly dirty.
We left for a few hours to get lunch and then came back. When we came back, our room key didn’t work yet again. I spoke with front desk and asked them to reprogram the key again, they told me that no one was supposed to be in that room. I had to tell them that I already stayed in that room, but they did not believe me. I had to convince them and tell t
