Great location watch out for time share hard sell

Great location, valet parking very good unfortunately check in was terrible. After a long drive we were told we had been given VIP check inn Amazing we thought but o no it’s just a hard sell on their time share. The lady was very nice until we said no and then the niceness seemed to fade away.

Excellent location. Susan at the front door is wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, greets everyone as if they are old friends. A large Rouses Market is within walking distance. The outdoor pool is comfortably warm and has a nice seating area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Stay with my family!!

Our Family stay was excellent! the hotel was clean, all the employees at the hotel were nice but I must say, the one who took the grand prize was Mrs Sue, shes at the front door greeting everyone with a smile on her face and excellent energy! Highly recommended, however, try not to get a room facing the main street. we heard everything and everyone who walked by. however, none of my other families had that issue :( everything was clean and comfy. thank you, will definitely be staying there, however, not facing the main street lol

Great Hotel!! Will be coming back for future stays

Great Stay, very welcoming and friendly. Great room. Very safe. Great keys so you always had the available and would not lose them. Gave all people in party beads as we entered. Greeted us as soon as we got out of our vehicle to start our stay. One of the young male valet drivers open up my passenger side door for me whenwe were leaving the hotel. I have never had that happen.

Great location, amazing customer service!

Check in was absolutely amazing! Olivia was our VIP concierge and I couldn't have been more impressed. She is professional, funny, very accommodating and so nice!! We were wowed by our first impression. The room was huge and very nice! Two separate rooms with two bathrooms, a full kitchen that was completely stocked with everything you could need. The common living area was also very large and comfortable. The noise from outside was a little louder than expected, but it is New Orleans, so it's not totally unexpected, but I don't think the hotel is very well insulated. I received messages every day asking how the stay was going and if we needed anything, I appreciated that a lot. Checkout was easy and the valets were very helpful and kind.

Mardi Gras!

It was the perfect location for Mardi Gras! We could easily walk to the parades and actually saw a parade from our window. It was easy to walk to great restaurants and shops. It was a short walk to the world war II museum and the French Quarter. The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved our room. Next time I am in NOLA I plan to stay here again.

Great Room for Couple or Family & GREAT LOCATION!!

There was a great amount of space. It was very clean, Dove products and we loved it. The TVs were a bit small, the Bedroom had a Full/Queen bed,but fine for couples. We had a pullout couch. The bathroom was only accessible through the bedroom, but it was just me and my hubby so it was fine. We would definitely stay here again. It’s actually our first choice. Walking distance, one block from Canal and Bourbon. Location was EVERYTHING.

The room was great, spacious and excellent facilities. The pool and gym were great, and free laundry access was awesome too. Bar in the lobby was good and popular and a convenient store in the lobby was very helpful. Only downside we were woken up three times during our stay being called by VIP guest services trying to get us to watch a presentation and sign up.
