Close to all but no wifi
There was an arrow on the door saying to go downstairs, so Entrance was confusing and staff was condescending when we finally got in. And wifi was only valid for 30 minutes per device with no option to purchase more time. But location was great and it was a nice room.

Great Family run hotel in Triberg
The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient, The room was in their second building, was clean and comfortable with a city view. We were able to park right outside the door. We ate in the hotel and the food was v good regional fare though sad to say they had run out of Kirshtorte for dinner.. I would definitely stay there again..

Breakfast was good though price was higher than I expect. Parking was roadside just in front of entrance door, so it was convenient. Room has mountain side chair and table, so very nice view! Hotel location is very close to water falls. I knew water fall park entry free by check in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Room was modern and comfortable. Easy walk to shops and the trail to the waterfall is right across the street. Delicious food in the restaurant. Definitely would stay here again

We had a fantastic experience. Beautiful place, well located to town and waterfalls. Had option for breakfast and restaurant which was always busy we didn’t go. Very helpful young couple who helped us with our concerns and made accommodations for our needs. Highly recommend such cute, clean, cozy place. Thank you ❤️😊

This property is in a good location and reasonably priced, but lacks customer relations. We arrived several hours early and we’re told we could not check in until 3 - it’s the only place we couldn’t check in early, but it’s possible the room was not ready, so that’s not a big deal. It was obvious that we would go explore, especially since the waterfall is across the street. We paid admission to the waterfall and museum while we waited only to find out the hotel gives a free admission pass to those to their guests. As a paying guest they could have given us the passes and told us to explore until the room was ready since we are their guest that day.

This property is a family affair, and they do a great job of it. It’s clean, the staff were very friendly and the restaurant’s food was fabulous. Car parking was on the street which was a bit difficult, and it was about a mile outside of downtown. But this kept it quiet and did help with the street parking.

Hübsches Hotel im Familienbetrieb, nettes Personal, sehr zentral gelegen, genau gegenüber der Triberger Wasserfälle. Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer auf die Stadt. Alles Top, gerne wieder!
