Stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton Marriott on Dixon Road, Toronto. I am a Marriott points member and should have been upgraded as a perk. We weren't, but friends were, for the same reason, along with comp breakfasts. We had cocktails and snacks on our first night at the bar along with breakfast both mornings at the hotel, and the staff was excellent. All the food was cold. I strongly suggest the hotel invests in better food warmers. Nice selection, but NOTHING was hot unless you got an omelet made. I also needed to resign every 6-7 minutes for WIFI, which should never happen once you have signed in initially. That was very frustrating. The building is beautiful and very clean; police always drove around in the parking lot, but I am unsure why. I would also suggest more handicapped parking close to the sidewalk.
