For a first time stay at this hotel, it wasn’t a good experience. After I checked in, we discovered that we were placed in a handicapped room, meaning there was a shower chair and handrails in the shower. When you turn on the shower, the water went on the floor. We turned the shower head toward the wall and as shown by these pics, water still went on the floor, causing a risk to fall. Asked to be moved and the lady working the front desk said my profile was coded for handicap. I showed her my profile to show it was not. Stated she had to talk to her manager for which she never did. As a result, we had to keep asking for towels to get water off of the floor after showering. Also the ice maker didn’t work. The sofa bed was hard and the double beds, you could move the mattress with your knee and beds were not comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast consisted of croissant sandwich of bacon and eggs, diff style of eggs and boiled eggs and waffles. As a diabetic and having an egg allergy, tried to eat cereal and milk but they had c
