Immaculate hotel with large spacious rooms. Lovely balcony with a sea view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a’la carte and was delicious. Makes a lovely change from a buffet. Staff were all extremely friendly and always helpful.

The property is very clean and well maintained; great service and delicious breakfast. Our only issues are the location; not the 10 min walk to the old town, it is more 20 min walk each way and the zero views.

This property has ruined it for all the other hotels! Best service, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful!! You feel completely spoiled! The room was beautiful! They thought of everything to make your stay elevated!! We can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. We will never stay anywhere else when we go to Chania. Every hotel we stay at from now on will be compared to the Flair!!

This hotel was okay, biggest draw is the location. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but the hotel felt like a four star, not a 5 star hotel. Also the weirdly rationed these were old towels which was strange, and not normal for a 5 star hotel.

Luxuriously appointed large room, double deluxe room more open and spacious than the more expensive Junior suite that has a Jacuzzi in it. Sit down, a-la- carte breakfast service that is tasty and hygienic. Staff is courteous. Will come back if visiting Chania again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in with the best service. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Parking was easy as they have valet parking. Room is spacious, modern and clean. The beach and dining strip is only a short walk away. Central location to Old Town Chania, as well. Very pretty beach, and free sunbeds and umbrellas make it even better. The hot tub is amazing as well! Breakfast was very tasty and the dining staff were all very kind. The hotel restaurant was also very good and had a great view. I would stay here over and over again and recommend to anyone visiting Chania!

The best check-in experience ever. Don't hesitate, the cost of this hotel is worth every single penny. The staff is not only polite, but incredibly helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our cab plenty of staff were available, at our service, and already taking our bags before stepping foot into the property. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I regret not taking advantage of the spa. 10/10!

This is an exceptional hotel. The facilities are typical for an up market boutique hotel: stylish, modern without needing to be ostentatious. The location is good: 50metres from the beach and 10 mins walk to the old town. For us the key differentiator was the staff attitude and level of customer service. Without exception the team were friendly, helpful and demonstrated a level of thoughtfulness we have rarely experienced even in much pricier hotels. Restaurant bookings, travel tips, organising a last minute hire car (delivered to the hotel in under an hour), small gifts etc all made for a special experience. Sincere thanks in particular to Georgia and Mia at reception and Manolis, Aspera and Georgia in the restaurant. Your thoughtfulness and professionalism made for a wonderful stay.

INCREDIBLE HOTEL in an INCREDIBLE LOCATION!!!! The TEAM is dedicated and CARING ... they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience whether it is in organizing transports, giving tour advice, accommodating variety of needs ... absolutely incredible! All staff SMILING and welcoming. A SPECIAL MENTION to GEORGIA ... this is a person with passion and expertise in hospitality. My wife and I were always greeted with such genuine warmth and caring. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ... at the intersection of the Old and New City and everything in walking distance, with incredible BEACH to cool off anytime of day with reserved comfortable beach chairs ... WOW!!!! Last, the included BREAKFAST a-la-carte, which we did not expect, was AMAZING as well. In particular, the STAFF were SO SO SO NICE. Minibar in room also with water (flat and sparkling) and pop ... love that this is simply included and can stay hydrated without worrying or feeling like open wallet ;) INCREDIBLE SUNSETS viewed from rooms as well ... WOW!!!! The only mild inconveniences to be balanced as review is that located in the heart of seaside restaurants and thus air on balcony MAY have seafood/fish scent, particularly when busy in evenings albeit RARE that would be on balcony when so much life in this city ((NB, NONE of the smell gets into room)). LOVE THIS PLACE AMD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Gute Lage, die Altstadt von Chania ist in 15-20 zu Fuß erreichbar, der Strand in weniger als 5 Minuten. Das Frühstück im Hotel wird frisch auf Bestellung zubereitet, Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und die Zimmer modern und sauber. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely boutique hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was really modern and comfortable beach facilities were good as long as you booked and arrived early. Breakfast was really nice with personal service rather than buffet specific requirements were always met. Would definitely return.

The staff at this hotel are all absolutely lovely! Very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - very close to good restaurants and a short walk to the old town. The included breakfast was great too. The pool is not very impressive. But you are close to the beach, so it was not a problem.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel. From the welcoming glass of fizz to the attentive beach staff. Everything is geared to making your vacation memorable. We stayed for two weeks late April, our room had the promised half sea view ( not a distant glimpse) it was spacious, spotless and comfortable the housekeeping staff working hard to keep it that way. Particular mention must be made of the breakfast team, they supplied an amazing array, all made to order and brought to your table ( no buffet bun fights here) with a cheery smile and conversation, setting us up for the day. The hotel has the added advantage of being close to old town. But sufficiently distant to leave you in the company of true local Cretans with plentiful taverna providing fresh fish meals.
