Rebekah, 2-night trip

The check-in process was fast, easy and efficient! Loved the onsen, and how clean everything was! Checkout was as simple as dropping the access key card in a box.
Franklin, 1-night trip

Lovely hotel with a fantastic onsen

The property condition is still good & customer service is impeccable & would come back again if the price is right.
Patrick, 5-night trip

The rooms were super comfortable and felt luxurious. The onsen was such a welcomed treat at the end of every day.
NATASHA, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great service and love the room. The Onsen also great especially the outdoor open air Onsen. Will stay again when in Nagasaki.
Ernest, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great hotel. We also stayed at another candeo which was way more relaxed with the tattoo policy. This one, doesn't allow people with tattoos at all it seems. It would be nice if they learned from their sister hotel and be more open to the 21st century.
Erik, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice location with access to carpark within walking distance. The room is bigger than most hotel which is really great
Li Mei, 2-night trip

Sean, 5-night trip

Very nice hotel especially for the price. Room was comfy and all. Loved the Chinatown location which is a bit more on the edgy side.

Nice hotel

Excellent location. Nice staff great onset. Good variety for breakfast
Sharon, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel close to centre
Ian, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good place near Chinatown and the port. Public bath on the roof and breakfast were big pluses for this property. Room was fine, ten minutes from the train station by streetcar. About as expected by Candeo standards. Breakfast can be crowded if a tour group in staying at the hotel, they eat at the same time due to their schedule.
Martin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

❤️ Location was great to see some of the big sights around the Nagasaki. 💔 The floors were not as clean and it did have some viable stains.
Anita, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

My family of 3 loved staying at the Candeo Nagasaki! The rooms were a little small but very efficiently laid out with a fantastic view. The view from the outdoor onsen was beautiful and we used every night. We loved being so close to Chinatown and there were many amazing restaurants within walking distance.
Lindsay, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good access to almost every spots for sightseeing in Nagasaki city
AYUMI, 2-night trip

We stayed here for one night and the staff was amazing. For us the location was great as it was very close to my daughter’s apartment.
Heather, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It was clean
Michael, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent breakfast buffet. Kind staff. Wonderful Japanese relaxation spa.
Steven, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel was just ok and if you are looking for a place to sleep it was “fine”. Room set up was awkward (had to crawl across the bed to get out of it) and the property/furnishings seemed very “worn”.
Esther, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location and easy to find. Access to local transportation was easy.
