A bit of a hidden gem where you can get a king suite for under $90. The new bedding was very nice and everything worked as it should. I would love to have a desk to work at with an office chair, instead of the round table with the hard, square chairs. Fridge, Microwave and cubboard space, (no utensils or pans).

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We booked this hotel for the hot tub and it was out of service. That was disappointing. We had laundry to do and the laundry room wasn’t available. The hallways had a bad, stale stench to them. Definitely needs some type of air freshener. One of the side entrance doors key scanner was broken off so anyone could access the building through that side. For safety reasons that should be fixed. The customer service was friendly.

The property definitely looks like they are trying to make upgrades. The lobby was nice, check-in was fast and very friendly. The breakfast area was great and they had TWO waffle irons! Room was large, bedding and linens were clean, but the room had an overall smell of dirty feet. We were only there for one night, so we just dealt with it. Also, there was no room key scanner to get into the building after hours from the exterior entrance we used. Anyone could walk into the hotel.

This place looks better in the pictures than it does in person. The tub lining was peeling off, there were stains on the carpet, and the side door was left wide open so anyone could come in. Overall it did what we needed it too, but don't be fooled by the pictures.

For a cheaper stay it was great and deserves a higher rating. But the hotel standards are more likely to be 3 star, to be clear. The AC/heater machine inside was too old and very noisy, so for a good quality sleep I had to turn it off, fortunately it winter and blankets do it. The Bed quality and pillows are great, except that I felt strong smell on the pillows. So again, great cheap place compared to others, but there are things that deserves improvement for a higher rating.

The receptionist was very helpful. Upon going in my room the fridge didn’t work and there was a surprise left in my toilet. I went downstairs and she promptly gave me another room. Overall the stay was a good experience
