Fabulous but needs a washing

Ok- so our room was perfectly lovely. Sheets were cozy. Bathroom was functional with the sink outside and a full tub. Excellent water pressure and hot water. A/c was a typical wall unit. But the common areas were GROSS. Just everything needed a wipe down- the walls, the counters, the telephone on the counter, the handrails on the stairs. It was gross, with visible dirt and fingerprints. The “business” area needed a repaint and the hallway was missing some molding around door frames and the area connecting the hallway. It was just really in need of a good cleaning. I don’t think it would take long to do and certainly something the dude behind the desk at 1am could be doing. Having said that, breakfast was fantastic! They even had greek yogurt! Yum

3-night stay and the room was not cleaned while we were there. Had to ask for fresh/clean towels twice. Was only given two towels for 3-person stay. Breakfast did not have alot of options. Beds were comfortable and good shower pressure and consistent water temperature.

The room was nice and upgraded. Only downside in the room was a loose tile. The hotel lobby, main hallway, and elevator seemed it needed updated. The elevator had a terrible smell (maybe due to lots of pool use and guests getting in wet since the pool was right across from the elevator). The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel also offered drinks and snacks available for purchase. The staff were all super friendly as well.

Staff was great, building needs some work.

Food was mediocre for breakfast. The dining area and chairs were dirty and stained. Beds were good and sheets were clean. Pool area was need of repair and what they had tried to fix looked bad. Over all rooms where good and clean , the rest of property needs some work. Staff was extremely kind and helpful.

A review from a hotel snob trying to save money

The hotel was good for the cheaper price. The beds and bathroom in the hotel room were nice and clean. The breakfast was good except for the oatmeal soup. They NEED to clean the carpets REALLY BAD-they were GROSS all throughout the hotel!! The pool area was kind of gross too. They painted the floor at some point and it was peeling off in large chunks. The peeled paint was lying all over the pool area. A guest had to ask the attendant at the front desk to turn the lights on in the pool area since it was getting dark outside. The jets in the hot tub didn’t work. I would stay there again but I would keep my expectations low to save money.

Underwhelming

This location is conveniently located. It’s near to the freeway, gas stations, restaurants and shopping. The hotel room we had was clean. Unfortunately this hotel needs renovated and is missing detail. The pool area has a tremendous amount of chipped paint from the floor all over the pool deck. There are paint pieces in the pool and hot tub. The first morning on our trip there was little to no breakfast available. We were offered gravy with no biscuits, powdered egg whites and cereal. They didn’t have fruit, any other protein options, and or cinnamon rolls. We were told the pancake machine was broken. The only item in the case was four pieces of bread. Many guests were visibly upset and confused. This location needs desperate attention.

Good but busy

The room was great but we tried to go swim and there were no towels and the breakfast stuff was pretty ran through and empty by the time we got there. They could also use some more help and seating for breakfast since it was packed. The Tv's also said you could cast your phone to it but it wasn't connected to the internet so you actually couldn't.
