we had some bumps checking in. They charged a 150.00 deposit regardless of debit or credit card that I was not expecting to have to pay so had to do some scrambling to figure that out so I wish that had been made clear when i booked. The. the a/c was not working when we got to our room and it was 96 degrees out so upon going down to talk to someone about that, the guy at the front desk when we checked in did not seem very interested in helping do anything about that. The a/c did finally kick in about 3 am, it didn’t run the greatest but it at least cooled the room down enough it was tolerable. All that being said the lady who checked us out I felt went above and beyond so she made up for the first guy. Still waiting for the deposit to come back, hoping the delay is just because it’s a weekend.

Dirty. All three rooms I was shown were dirty. Had no other options so I asked for one to be cleaned. Told they couldn't do that. Asked to borrow a vacuum. Told they did not have one. Went to store and bought one a vacuumed myself. See pictures of dirt it found. Running out of words to say how bad this place was

The door handle didn’t function properly for room entry, toilet wasn’t functioning and the A/C required attention. The overnight front desk gentleman was kind and used a machine to get the door open for me. There wasn’t personnel available to fix the toilet. I was disappointed in my stay and with the property. When I checked out the woman at the front desk told me that it’s an old hotel and they’re working on it. Why rent a room that isn’t functioning properly, it’s unsafe and unsanitary? Even the shower was not clean….the matting on the shower floor was gray with use and wear.

This hotel was in such poor condition dim lighting, worn furniture, and a musty smell. The room was even worse. Carpets were stained, the walls had visible damage. The bed linens felt unwashed, to make matters worse, the A/C was noisy.

Felt like I was staying in a motel 6. Came to town for family emergency and was not able to shop around for another place and all the rooms were booked at this one. Want stay again

Condition was pretty good. Bathroom needed some attention. Chips out of tube and some peeling paint. Other than that it was a pretty good stay. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I arrived at the hotel by 6pm and I was told that my room was not ready. I made a comment that check in time was 3pm and I was told 3pm is not guaranteed and if I wanted to, I could cancel my reservation (totally unacceptable). Finally at 7:40pm I was able to check in. Also I was not happy that my check in deposit was $150. I am very disappointed and in the future will think twice before booking your hotel. I feel the lack of communication by the staff couldve been much better. If I had been given a courtesy call to let me know that a room was not ready, I wouldve made other plans until checkin time.

This was a last minute booking as I had a change of plans while on a road trip. The room was not very clean. The carpet looked like it needed a deep cleaning with various substances on it, including what looked like blood. There was what looked like jelly on the wall. The night stand was gross and I ended up cleaning it with a wet wash cloth and some hand soap. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean. I raised these issues to the front desk at check out (I was too tired the night before). They offered to credit my stay. I still have not received the email they claimed they were going to send for that. I also have not received my $150 incidental deposit back and it has been a week.

If you’re just needing a place to stay for the night, this hotel is okay. The rooms were pretty dirty. The pool was available during our stay. The property itself was in a good area, with their being a movie theatre and several places to eat and shop around
