Disappointed experience
We went this place two years ago and was a pleasure. So we decided to come here again.
But it was a mistake starting from day 1. We were given a room at 4th floor and found out the elevators were out of order. The front desk guy told us that they will find someone to carry our luggage to 4th floor for us. Who will treat their employees like that. Plus my husband cannot walk stairs up to 4th floor. They then decided to change to second floor and sent someone to help us with luggage!
Then, we stayed for a whole week, swimming pool was closed from Wednesday through Saturday. When it was chaotic when rude kids/teenagers were yelling and carrying on.
Room services is a miss. We had to ask for extra bath towels, shampoo, body wash, soap, toilet paper from front desk.
It appeared the room full of ants too! Very nasty!
The hotel has quiet time rule after 10 pm. But our upstairs neighbor stomping, banging all night long, which made us hardly sleep through the nights.
1st floor public bathrooms were locked most of time, making inconvenient for us.
Some pros:
I do enjoy the breakfast, good variety!
Tesla/electric charging for free
Gym room has limited equipments, but nice to open daily
Laundry is free
Room Refrigerator is roomy
Convenient location, quite a lot restaurants around the place. 6 flags are closed by.
