This place is an overpriced dump. Bathtub had dirt marks all over the surface, toilet seat wasn't attached and toilet was installed off balance so one side was higher than the other. Walls are paper thin, so all you hear is the DJ playing club music all day.
We arrived at 2:30, which was 1.5 hours earlier than check in and were told that we would have to pay $50 for the privilege of checking in 1.5 hours early.
We didn't use the valet, since it was $45 a day, but found a $45 charge plus tax on my credit card statement. I did call and it was refunded, but why it was charged in the first place makes no sense other than they do this to people, hoping they don't check. Also, when I called about the valet charge, I was informed there was a $25 amenities fee that our front desk person, not only said nothing about, but come to find out, we could have used it as a credit in the hotel at the bar or restaurant. That to me was a planned money grab.
One night $360 with everything for a dumpy, noisy, dirty hotel. I would never stay here again. Hilton, you should disassociate your company from this one. It should be a Motel 6.
