Bugs. Alarms and attitude
Check in was ok.. we stayed for 2 nights. I saw a baby roach on the 1night. I sprayed it with Lysol and didn’t think anything of it. Then later that day we sitting there watching TV and watch comes across the wall is a grown roach. I then go down stairs and tell the front desk about it and and says to me “ do what do you want yo do about it? “ I tried to be discreet about it. But the attitude I felt from her was appalling. She gives use another room on a different floor since we were well into our 2nd day. Just as we start to get rested and the emergency alarm goes off. We get up to see what is wrong and start our way do the stairs it stops, we go back up the stairs and just as we settle back in bed and the alarm goes off AGAIN. We make it all the way to the front desk the same lady says again the the attitude “ it was a test false alarm, go back to your room” I was going to tell her about us having the bug room free of our stuff. She had a customer that she was dealing with do not to disturb her I decided to call her no answer at the desk phone from the room.. last but certainly not not least I get up yo shower and the shower is making a noise that resembles a siren. I just checked out at 4:20 on Wednesday morning instead of 11am. I forgot yo sell about the mystery stains on the wall by the bed.. I will not stay at the establishment again. I have stayed here in the past but this is my last..

No air conditioning
The hotel setup was ok. I'll be lying if i said that i wasn't clear, because it was. First room I had ,had no air conditioning and the young lady at the kiosk gave me a suite. The room was ok,but this room didn't have any cable so there no TV. I wasn't about to move rooms again, so i dealt with it. On top of all of that. The breakfast was basic with pork sausages. Who still eats pork?

Toilet was broken in room reported it in morning that evening was not fixed. Had to move rooms. Sat breakfast had no eggs and only sausage that was over microwaved and hard. Had a muffin instead that was stale. Would not recommend this hotel.

Shady hotel
First they accused us of stealing a shower curtain. Secondly after checking out I noticed a $400 charge on my credit card. When I called they said it was because they have monitors in the room that alert if there was smoking or vaping happening in the room. Neither of us smoke or vape. Never staying he ever again!

Will not visit again
First time and last time at this hotel. First, they charge $150 (incidental fee), my online request was not acknowledged. The television was broke, had to move to another room. The room could have been cleaner and there was no hot water. Prior to me checking out- this hotel sends you an online check out request and ask you 'When are you leaving' when check out is at 11am. Never had that before and Ive visited several hotels all around the US! Not a fan of Wyndham hotels, Ive given them several tries. This one confirmed- won't be back.

You get what you pay for
This hotel needs a major overhaul. Everything was dated and extremely used. Customer service wasn’t great and the room felt dirty, proof that you get what you pay for

The staff was not very friendly. I’m used to a greeting from front desk team when entering and exiting hotel. We asked for room service. They did bring towels but did not make up bed. Ice machine in lobby wasn’t working

I’m normally easy to care for but I was disappointed when I arrived at 230pm and was told if I checked in before 3pm I’d be charged $25 early check in fee. Also I understand cutting corners in cost but as an older person, I struggled trying to get on and off the toilet because it was extremely low, like a toddler toilet

Dirty and old room (room 110)
We had a horrible room on the first floor. Room #110. The base boards over by the AC unit were ripped/torn. We had just 1 hand towel and 1 hand towel. When we went to the front desk to ask for 2 complete sets, the front desk person didn’t act surprised at all. It was almost like she expected us to ask for towels. The TV remote volume doesn’t work. Can’t turn it down and the mute button doesn’t work. The volume was too loud so we didn’t even watched TV the whole time. The wall temperature control does not control the wall unit even though we were told it should. The pet waste area outside had no doggie poop bags. We were at the end of our cross country road trip and so tired, so we put up with it all and just went to bed early. We left at 5am the next day cause we just wanted to get out of there ASAP. Heck, we even skipped the free breakfast which doesn’t start until 7am on Saturdays. Hindsight, we should’ve asked for another room. But we had already unpacked and figured it was just for 1 night so we put up with it.
