Check in was a breeze! Morgan was amazing and explained everything to me about check in and check out. Also Had freshly made cookies and coffee out too. She was there every morning i was and she asked about my stay each time and asked if i needed anything. She was super friendly and made evwrything go smoothly. When i got to my room i did have a dirty flat sheet on my bed but other than that everything was absolutely amazing! Will definitely stay here again! 10 gold stars for Morgan!!!

The little refrigerator had no freezer compartment - quite unhandy for freezing our ice packs. When we first put our food into it, and shut the door, it did not come on for a long time. Not sure if it ever got to a cool temp, it did run a little later, but nothing got very cold in it. Had to take our ice packs to be placed in the employee freezer at the desk, kind of a hassle. The air conditioner seemed to have no warmer or cooler adjustments, it was just set and we had to put up with it. did not like it blowing in my face every time I stepped in front of it, quite annoying. The place was clean and it smelled good, but we had a long walk from our car to the outer door, and down a long hall to our room. I don't mind walking, but carrying bags so far - not so much.

Disappointing Stay

First off the room was nice and the bathroom & shower were good. My big complaint was that the mattress in room 134 was terrible. The side toward the door had a crevice in it and when I turned on my right side I thought I was falling off a cliff. It was very uncomfortable and I could not get back to sleep for hours. And the pillows sucked. One was like putting your head directly on the mattress and two left your neck at a weird angle. For the price of the room it did not meet Hilton standards and I was very disappointed.
