Clean and nice but very cozy

Nice, cozy, clean place to stay. The hosts were very accommodating with our arrival which we greatly appreciated! Our room was cozy, not all are as small but the bathroom in our room is not for large folks.

Outside environment was very good. The room we were in (#5) was tiny and the bathroom totally too small, including the shower. The AC unit made an annoying vibration sound almost all the time it ran. The mattresses too hard. Other than that, it was OK.

The common areas like fire pit, gazebo, pool and grills were really nice. Loved all the trees, picnic tables for each unit, lighting on the grounds,, and pool. Boat docks are tight for bigger boats, but convenient if you're young. We had some difficulty with all the stairs to the dock area. Overall our room was OK, just the door to the freezer comparent didn't close so our ice packs didn't freeze well. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated a lot during high use times. We would go bacl again to stay.

Cuteness with a great view

A small family run motel on the St. Lawrence River. The staff is very friendly and work hard. It’s full service which is nice so you get new towels every day and your bed made every day. If there are any draw backs to this place it’s the size of the room. I understand that it’s a motel but even for a motel the room is quite small. The bathroom is also quite small as is the shower. It’s very difficult to turn around in the shower. They do have courtesy room with a microwave and coffee which is a plus as well as a campfire at night which give you an opportunity to meet the other guests. I probably won’t go back only because of the size of the room. The price however, is great and could possibly persuade me. Overall it’s worth the stay
