Great Stay- home away from home

Friendly and wonderful staff! Clean room and overall clean environment. My family is in a transition stage and the staff has made things not feel like a hotel but a home away from home. The hotel is very well kept and clean. I didn’t know the wifi was a paid option but to upgrade isn’t that big of an expense.

The lady who helped us check in was friendly. The room was decent other than a light and outlet that didn't work next to the bed. My only real complaint was the fact that there was not an ice machine or a vending machine that was accessible. I will not stay here again because of that.

Upon enetering the room, we were met with a bad odor. Stayed in the room all evening. Room was clean though. We also paid almost $200 for our stay, but were not even offered complimentary coffee. The vending machines also did not work.

My husband and I and adult son stayed in one room two queen beds. The room was spacious and clean Check-In was late. There was only one wash rag and two bath towels for three people. No hair dryer? Iron or shower soaps. If you like water pressure in the shower, this is not the place for you. It was a trickle

Used to be ok, new rules make it suck

The listing needs changed, because the new management has decided that there is no breakfast anymore. Also, the entire point of picking Extended Stay is that they have a kitchen so you can save money by cooking in your room. Up until this year they had dishes you could borrow at the front desk, but now that's a $100 charge. There is no housekeeping during your stay anymore. Need more than 2 towels for a longer stay? That's an extra charge too. Aside from that, the hotel has decreases in quality from last year by a lot. It's still what you'd expect from a cheap hotel, but now it's on the low end of what you'd expect. Rooms are cleaned up but still dingey. Hallway stinks of old laundry and garbage. Sheets are stained. Found 2 roaches the last night there. Staff was super friendly, great customer service, but the policies prevent them from being genuinely helpful.
