The female senior staff helped with our evening check-in and was absolutely professional and kind. But the guy who processed our check-out probably wasn’t comfortable speaking in English… :)

Enchanté de cet hôtel, aussi bien par : le style, le confort, le service … Chambre spacieuse et surtout très confortable, literie de qualité. Service de navette depuis l’aéroport impeccable. Personnel souriant et agréable. Petit déjeuné varié et pour tous les goûts. Seul hic une taxe de séjour de 8€10 par nuit. N’hésitez pas 👍

From the time we checked in, everything was easy. Parking, great. Room, very nice and amazing how sound-proofed it was. Breakfast, delicious. I only wished we had discovered the coffee machine in the lobby (it was kind of tucked away), but overall we had a delightful stay.

Thing seam to be deteriorating since our last stay. St as ff was not very organized, room had several issues with hardware coming off of the w as l and loose trim. The breakfast was not great. Apple juice dispenser was empty, hot chocolate was empty, yogurt dispenser was brocken. I don’t think we’ll stay here again.

The restaurant staff were nice but it was clear they were very short staffed. Not their fault really, the higher management need to look at the resources needed.

The hotel was wonderful. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Make sure you use the app. All of the staff was really welcoming, as a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The breakfast was delicious and so was dinner.

Bien que le personnel fasse son possible, le service de navette à l’arrivée n’est pas suffisant (beaucoup d’attente). Propreté de la chambre moyenne. Petit déjeuner convenable.

Hotel con traslado al CDG

El cuarto impecable. Nunca pudimos poner la TV porque no tenía buena recepción de internet, se les informó y nos dieron indicaciones no muy útiles. En el desayuno lo comentan que termina a las 10, llegamos 15 minutos antes y ya no había ciertos alimentos y no pusieron más, siendo que había al menos otros 5 huéspedes llegando a esa hora. Respecto a todo lo demás impecable y muy cómodo.
