Highly Recommend

This was my first stay at Wyndham Gardens and it was a great experience. All areas were very clean and the employees were extremely friendly. Markayla, the bartender at the bar and grill, was very friendly and nice to everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Dirty.

The rooms were really dirty. They put us in one that had old mushrooms and food on the floor. Really stained bed coverings. No bags in trash cans. Several carpet beetles on one of the beds. The toilet wasnt wiped clean at all. The lady at the desk was really friendly and tried to help us by moving us to a room cleaned by a different housekeeper. It was better, but not great. There was dog hair stuck all over fridge and people hair all over bathroom floor. Also some purple and green stuff stuck to the bathroom shelf. Maybe soap? Also, stuff happens, but the pool was also closed for an issue. I wish they would somehow let people know when things like that happen. They also refused to get us a refund so we could stay somewhere else. We stayed at 4 hotels over our trip. This was the most expensive- and the only bad experience we had. Which is too bad because the hotel is quite nice looking otherwise.

Doors were off the hinges the noise was terrible and too loud outside and inside didn’t get any sleep but the breakfast was great and the staff was friendly

Filthy nasty place

The hotel is outdated and is also filthy. There were stains all over the sheets. I’m ok with outdated but not nasty. I ended up going to a different hotel nearby and just losing my money on this one. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A must not stay.

The room had black mold on the ceiling, and the heating/cooling was not working correctly. We either froze or it was sweltering. The amount of noise in the hotel from staff and guests made it hard to get sleep. Staff walked up and down the hall, talking extremely loudly at 5 am.

The room smelled awful enough that we were gagging. It smelled like vomit and clorox. The room and bathroom were dirty the hotle itself was run down and dirty. The heating and cooling unit was melted at the wall and plug so we had no ac/heat. Key cards that stop working, a bug found in the bed and no hot water. They had no other rooms to move us to and all nearby hotels were full due to the soccer tournament. It was the worse hotel stay we have experienced and we stay at hotels at least 12 times a year.

Auto check-in rip off

The staff were all friendly and pleasant. However, during the online pre-check-in process I was asked for a credit card for "incidentals". Then a $170 charge was put on the card. That's a a lot for incidentals then an additional $50 hold was put on that card as well.
