Nous avons pris un séjour pour une durée de 3 nuits afin de découvrir Londres. L'hôtel est bien situé, le quartier est calme. L'hôtel est propre, le personnel accueillant et toujours disponible. Nous avons adoré notre séjour la bas. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace avant de partir visiter Londres.

The room was spotless. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They let meet charge my phone and tablet because I did not have the proper UK adapter. Less than a 5 minute walk to the West Kensington tube stop, I would stay there again if I was attending EPL football matches for Chelsea, Fulham, and QPR.

This small hotel in a quiet part of Kensington was perfect for our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a modern, spacious private washroom and shower, a modern HVAC system and a window that opened to let in fresh air. The buffet breakfast was served in a bright, sunny room on the ground floor with no waiting or crowding. The West Kensington tube station on the District line was a six minute walk, with connections to the Picadilly and Circle lines at nearby stations. There were a variety of shops and a pub conveniently located between the hotel and the tube. In all, a very satisfactory hotel. We would certainly stay there again.
