Foothills Luxury on a limited budget

I would give this hotel 10 stars if there was such a rating. This is one of the best hotel rooms I have EVER stayed in. It ranks up their with a $600 room at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. I sensed something different when I walked into the lobby and was greeted like a high roller would be. No wait no fuss just instant booking with the friendliest clerk I've ever met. The room was remodeled and luxurious beyond belief. Everything about it felt brand new. Luxurious tile carpet and HUGE screen TV which had the clearest picture I've ever seen. The overstuffed bed came with an overstuffed comforter and made for the best sleep ever! That shower was huge with great water pressure. It overlooked the desert and the room at nice was quiet as a mouse. I am still unable to believe how nice it was. I cannot say enough things about this place and the price. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU 3 Palms. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone!

The pool area is nice. The room was very clean. And Kelsey at the front desk was AMAZING. She was very helpful and personally took me to find my room when it was late and I was tired. Give her a raise!!!

Rarely, if ever, do I leave a poor review. I would usually just choose not to leave any review. But this property is willing to treat customers poorly so I feel obligated to help others avoid disappointment. This hotel has one and only one nice feature; the gym. The rooms are mediocre at best. They do not clean them, restock coffee or honor the room you booked. They will stick guests in lower level rooms despite what we book. For example, I booked a suite and my family was placed in a handicap room that was completely unacceptable. I requested to change rooms and the front desk person told me that they didn’t understand why the owner of the hotel does that. In other words, this treatment of guests is a regular thing. As a platinum member of Hotels.com for many years - I need to call this into. Skip this hotel. There are many others that have more amenities and will treat you better.
