While the service and housekeeping were adequate, though no more than average (maximum 3 stars), the Food & Beverage experience was completely unacceptable and deserves no more than 2 stars. The Breeze restaurant, in particular, offered no sense of hospitality or organization. There were no plates, no cutlery, no available tables, and no structure whatsoever. Instead of a pleasant buffet experience, it resembled a chaotic mess hall, forcing guests to scramble just to find something mediocre to eat.
